Violet and Leafblade were basking in the sun. Suddenly, Lance ran up to them.
"Violet! Leafblade!" He called.
Violet and Leafblade jumped up, surprised.
"What is it, Lance?" Leafblade asked.
"Hide me from Frost!" Lance shrieked. "She's taken Punch Bag a little too far!"
"What do you mean, Lance?" Violet asked as Lance came to a skittering stop in front of them.
"She's using her Pokemon attacks on me!" Lance told them.
Violet's eyes widened. "And you say she's taken this a LITTLE too far? Why, that's insane!"
Leafblade nodded.
"Hide me!" Lance pleaded.
"Should I teleport him to another dimension?" Violet asked, her head ruby glittering with unknown power.
"No!" Lance and Leafblade both said at once.
Violet shuffled her paws. "Okay... that's off the table..." Then Violet's eyes lit up. "Oh! How about Leafblade talks to her! That would work and we wouldn't even need to hide Lance!"
Leafblade hesitated.
"I like the sound of that!" Lance told Violet.
Leafblade stopped hesitating and said firmly, "I will."
"Now, where did our punch bag go?" Frost mumbled, Coral padded behind her, sniffing for Lance's trail.
"Nothing yet, Frost." Coral told her. "Maybe we should give up."
"Keep searching!" Frost snapped at Coral so hard and suddenly Coral jumped a bit.
Coral sniffed the ground, her very long Vaporeon tail swishing everywhere.
Then Coral gasped and said, "I've got it!"
"Where?" Frost asked.
Coral stiffened and pointed her Vaporeon tail in the direction Lance had gone.
"Good girl." Frost told Coral as she padded away. "Extra fish for you tonight, I'll make sure."
"Yay! Fish!" Coral said as she followed Frost.
Following Coral's path, Frost went up a great hill, Coral following close behind and actually found Lance. With Leafblade and Violet.
"Hey! There's our punch bag!" Frost exclaimed.
"Bad punch bag! You went missing!" Coral scolded him.
"Coral, shut up." Frost snapped.
"Hello, ladies." Lance was basking in the sun, looking at them.
"Hi, Lance!" Coral called.
"What up, Coral?" Lance called.
"Can you get me away from this scary Legendary Pokemon?" Coral asked.
"Where's the Legendary Pokemon?" Lance asked.
Coral then pointed to Frost.
Lance sighed. "She's a Glaceon, Coral."
"But she's scary!" Coral pushed.
"Yes. I am very scary." Frost said in an intentionally scary voice.
"AGHHHHHHHH!!!!!" Coral screeched and ran away.
"Thanks," Lance told Frost.
Frost shuffled her paws. "I guess I'm sorry for making you a punch bag. I won't do it anymore."
Lance dipped his head. "I appreciate that." He told her.
From a distance, Leafblade watched.
She appreciated the others and liked their antics which made them unique.
