"I'm coming mom!" I yelled. It was the first day at school, and my mom is a little bit a control-freak, so she want to be sure I'm on time. I walked to the mirror. I closed my eyes, and opened them in a second. They flashed yellow for a second, what makes me very happy. This summer I learned to control it.

My breakfast was very simple: some yoghurt. I grabbed my bag and drove to school. I'd put some music on, and heard One Direction. I sang my lungs out.

I arrived at school. I smelled the sweating students, cigarettes, the grass of the lacrosse field, everything around me. Sometimes are my werewolf senses very annoying. I walk to my locker and see Ethan. I walk to him.
"Hey Sky" "Hey Eth" I hug my best friend. I wink at him "how is it going with the boys?" He play-push me. "Sky! It's only the first day!!! And by the way, I could ask you the same!" After my relationship with Nate, Ethan is "bullying" me about having no friends or a boyfriend. I have a lot of friends, I'm just... not that social.

"Whats the first subject?" I asked, while I looked over his shoulder to look at the schedule. "Economy. Dammit" that means we have coach as our teacher. I don't like coach. I hate him. He's so annoying and he thinks he's funny. Well he's not. And Economy sucks too. I already hate the day, and it just started.

We walk to our classroom. Ethan is talking about something, I have no idea. The only thing I see is Jackson. "Sky, are you even listening? Why are you looking at? Is there something- oh..." He pushes me. "Sky, are you serious! I told you: Don't date humans, especially no humans". I blush and stare to the ground. I can't help it either, I had a crush on that boy since the first day of school. He just don't see me. 

"Well well well, look who's there" I look up and see the most annoying kid in school. Scott McCall. I grin. "Let's go". We walk towards him, and stop right before him. "McCall, where are your friends? Did they left you?" He looks at me and opens his mouth to say something. But before he start, Ethan pushes him away. He looks to him, and show him his eyes. They flash red, so the little Beta is scared. He pushes us and runs away. I laugh as I see him running. I look to Ethan, who isn't laughin. "You okay? Why aren't you laughing?" He is still looking at McCall. Than he turns to me. "Because this time he wasn't scared..."

When our day at school is done, I walk to my car alone. Ethan is with his brother, so it seems like my day is going to be boring. I unlock it, when I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn aggressive and push the person behind me. He falls. I am startled, because now I see it's Jason. "Shit! You okay?" He laughs when he comes from the ground. "Yeah I am. You got strong this summer." I smile, because normally he doesn't even talk to me, now he compliments me. "Thanks. Hey, is there something up? Because you're talking to me?" He smiles as he shakes no. Than I see him thinking. "Jackson you can talk to me" He opens his mouth slowly. "I saw you and Ethan beating up McCall today-" "We weren't beating him up, not really." He clicks his tongue. "Okay, you guys weren't really beating him up, but I saw him getting scared of something. Why was he scared?" 

I look to the ground. What to do now? Lie to my crush, or tell him te truth risking i'm going to be killed? When I wanna answer him, I get a hug from behind. I turn around, and see Aiden. I smile, because I know i'm save now. "Hey Sky, you need to come. Your mom told me there is something wrong." I feel his wolf-nails in my wrist, why I know he's lying. That's our sign, if someone's lying to each other so they can escape something, we show our nails. 

I know I need to play the game too, so I answer "oh no! What is it?" "It's your Grandma." "Shit. I'm sorry Jackson, but I need to go. See you later!" I get in my car quickly, and drive away with Aiden next to me. When I look one time behind me, Jackson's gone. But there is an another guy, looking sad at our car.
