Regarding the Remake

Okay, I'm gonna try to keep this short. In the original book, I fucked up in many regards that I now find really cringy and disturbing. It may be because I'm technically an adult now (19 as of posting this) so I'm looking at things differently. Younger me was just dumb, so I'm gonna give it another go round.

1. The way how I wrote and portrayed Yuri made her into a Mary Sue. Important events that occurred centered around her, which when I looked back on shouldn't even happen! So I'm gonna give her another shot and write her into the story properly, where she'll have attention but won't warp the world around her like she did in the previous book.

2. I admit that I had added some scenes in the book that were sexualizing Yuri and Karma. Now at first I saw no problem with it as they were fictional characters, but they're minors nonetheless. In this book, there will be fluff like simple kiss scenes, but there will be absolutely no smut, no lime, no lemon, none of that. I'm ashamed of myself for sexualizing them in the previous book and being a minor at the time of writing the old book was no excuse, so it will not happen in future works.

3. The way how I wrote the story just didn't feel right. She was a straight A student but ended up in Class E because of a bribe? No bribe would let the principal throw a straight A student into Class E unless they were a violent case like Karma, but Yuri isn't like that. There are many inconsistencies I found in the book along with this, so I'll be making a lot of changes to make the story work.
