Rapunzel and Y/n were in there own rooms after Gothel left and Varian and Cassandra were finishing there chores until they started to sing

R:I've got my mother's love

Y:I shouldn't be asking for more

R:I've got so many things

Y:I should be thankful for

R:Yes I have everything-

R&Y:Except, I guess, a door

Y:Perhaps it's better that we stay in

R:But tell me...

R&Y:When will my life begin..?

Y/n was in her room looking out the window until Varian came in with two cupcakes "Did someone order bonding time?" Varian asked as he sat the cupcakes down on the table then sat down beside Y/n "Varian? How did you know?" She asked as she picked up the cupcake and started eating it "Well, Cassandra thought it would be nice to bake cupcakes for you and Rapunzel after that whole thing with mother" Varian explained as Y/n suddenly hugged him "Your the best brother I could ever ask for" Y/n said cheerfully as they heard someone climbing at the side of the tower "What was that?" Y/n asked her older brother "Let's check it out.." He said as they went halfway downstairs only to see Rapunzel with a frying pan and a Men on the floor "What happened here Rapunzel?" Varian asked as she continued going down "Wait- don't leave me here!" Y/n said following shortly "This person found our tower and we have to hide him before mother gets back" Cassandra said coming out of the darkness making Y/n Yelp then falling to the floor "Sorry, did I scare ya?" Cassandra asked helping Y/n up"N-no..?" Was all she could say "I say we put him in that closet" Varian said pointing his thumb towards the closer

After a few tries taken turns putting the men in the closet they finally did it will Y/n did it "Y/n! Let down your hair!" Mother said from below "Just in time, coming mother!" Y/n said Y/n went to the window and pit her hair on the hook as it fell down to the bottom gracefully as Gothel got on the hair Y/n started to pull the hair up

"i have a surprise!" Gothel said on the way up

"Uh, we have a surprise to!" Cassandra said

"I bet mine is bigger!" Gothel then said

"I surely doubt it.." Varian said under his breath

"I'm making hazelnut soup for dinner your favorite!" Gothel said as she was up "What's your surprise?" Gothel asked putting some indergrndints down on the table "Well your said we wouldn't handle ourselves out there right?" Rapunzel said walking to the closet getting ready to open it "Enough about these lights Rapunzel" Gothel said getting irritated about the lanterns "But hear us out mom" Varian said tiwidling with his fingers "Stop about these lights kids!" Gothel said in a more irritated tone making the four kids flinch "Great, now I'm the bad guy" Gothel said slouching in a chair "I-I know what I want for my birthday now mom..." Rapunzel and Y/n said I unison "What is it?" Gothel asked as Rapunzel looked where she painted the lanterns behind the curtain "I want new paint, from the sea shells you once brought to me.." Rapunzel said in a soft tone "And I want a new stuffed (any animal)" Y/n said as Gothel sighed "That's almost a five day trip" Gothel said sighing again "We thought it was better than the floating lights.." Y/n said looking down shamefully one hand on the other arm as Gothel sighed "Alright, fine." Gothel said getting ready to leave but then she putted her hands on Rapunzel's shoulder "Promise, me you'll be safe and stay inside?" Gothel asked hopefully as Rapunzel nodded and started to put her hair on the hook as it fell down to the ground "I'll be on my way now darlings" Gothel said when she was out of view Rapunzel took the chair that was keeping the closet closed away from it making it fly open she putted the strange man in the chair then tied him up with her long hair then hid behind the darkness her two sisters doing the same Y/n was left alone in the light getting nervous again until Varian grabbed her hand pulling her into his dark spot.
