Ram clashes with Priya.

Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep .....

Ram's alarm had gone off for the fourth time. He got up and looked at his phone to see what time it was.

Ram:Oh my God!!! Its 8:30!! I have a 9:30 interview!!

He sprung from his bed and dashed into the bathroom to freshen up. He hurriedly changed and dashed down. He and his friend Adi shared a modest apartment. He had a family, but they lived in Lucknow, and he was in Mumbai for studies and job..

Adi:So you are up?Aaj tera interview hai na?

Ram didn't have time to respond to Adi, so he rushed out, grabbing the sandwich Adi was going to bite into.

Adi:What the..

Ram:Baad mein tere liye ek aur sandwich bana dunga.Thanks!!Kaafi tasty hai.

Ram ran to catch the local bus after saying this. However, he was late for the bus. The next bus would come after 20 mins and he would be late for his interview. He tried to get an auto but failed. Finally he stopped a car. The driver slid down the window and inquired about Ram's intentions. Ram was taken aback when he saw a lady.

Ram:I am so sorry!!Kya aap mujhe drop karenge?I will be late for my interview.I will pay.Btw I am Ram.

The lady fixed her gaze on him. She asked him to have a seat inside.

Lady:Kaha jana hai tumhe?

Ram:"Meera business Ventures"

The lady gave him another surprised glance before driving away. Ram got his comb out and began combing his hair. He started a conversation as he is a talkative person.

Ram:So ..what do you do?

Lady:Thats none of your business.

Ram:Arey itne rude kyun ho?Never mind I guess you are just in a bad mood today.Let me sing a song for you.

She was about to stop him but  Ram starts singing

She was surprisingly mesmerised by this voice and song.She suddenly stopped the car.

Ram:Kya hua?You did not like my voice?

Lady:Hum "Meera Business Ventures" pahunch chuke hai.

Ram:OMG.Thank you.How much do I pay?

Lady:Iski zaroorat nahi hai.

Ram:Great..Thank you again.Whats your name ?

Lady:I don't find it necessary to tell you.

Ram:Kya ladki hai.Ms Khadoos!!

She drove ahead.

Ram walked into the office and waited outside the boss's office.In a few minutes he saw a familiar face walk into the office room.Wait,that was Ms Khadoos.

Ram(thinking):Ye Ms Khadoos boss ki office mein kya kar rahi hai?

He was called in for the interview.He was surprised to see Ms Khadoos sitting on the boss's chair.

Ram:Aap yaha?

Lady:Yes..I am Priya Sood the managing director of this company.

Ram(softly to himself):Gayi bhains paani mein.

Priya:What?

Ram:I am sorry maam .I did not know.I apologise for my behaviour.

Priya:See I don't care about your behaviour. I Just want someone who does the work properly.Agle chaar mahine ke liye tum meri P.A (Personal Assistant) banoge.Depending on your work I will see if I need to keep you for more time.Now leave.You can come from tomorrow .

Ram:But maam..

Priya:I said leave...and don't call me maam.Just call Priya.

Ram left the office.

Ram(to himself):Kya Khadoos hai.Ek second ke liye bhi uske chehre par hasi nahi hai.Aur main iska P.A. hoon.How unlucky.But I have no other option.I got rejected by all other companies where I applied.

He was in the bus on his way back when his phone started ringing.He picked the phone.It was Adi.

Adi:So interview kaisa tha?

Ram:Awful!!

Adi:Toh tumhe ye job bhi nahi mila?

Ram:Mila lekin bina interview ke.

Adi:What kaise?

Ram:Yaar abhi bus mein bohot awaaz aa rahi hai .I will come home and tell.

Adi:I called you to tell that its your turn to get the groceries.

Ram:Theeke.Main launga.Bye.

That was the start of the most unexpected twists and turns in Ram and Priya's life.
