"I reckon you'd have to be barking mad to put your own name in the Goblet of Fire." Ron muttered to Harry, his face as red as his hair.

"Caught on, have you? Took you
long enough!" Harry huffed.

"I wasn't the only one who thought you'd done it, Harry. Everyone was saying it behind your back." Ron pointed out.

"Brilliant! That makes me feel loads better." Said Harry, sarcastically.

Ron felt ill, he really didn't want to loose Harry.

"At least I warned you about the
dragons!" Ron tried.

"Hagrid warned me about the
dragons!"

"No, I did! Don't you remember? I told Hermione to tell you that
Seamus told me that Parvati had told Dean that Hagrid was looking for you. But Seamus never actually told me anything because it was really me all along. I thought we'd be, y'know, alright again, once you figured that out." Ron explained hopefully.

It was half true. Ron thought that maybe, just maybe, they'd be a bit more than 'Alright'.

"How could possibly figure that
out? It's completely mental." Harry laughed.

"'Tis, isn't it? Suppose I was a
bit distraught." Again, Ron was telling half of the truth.

Ron was completely heartbroken. He wasn't mad because he thought that Harry put his name in the goblet. Ron was mad because he thought Harry hadn't told him.

Hermione looked at her two friends.
Mental she thought.

"Boys." Muttered Ginny, to Hermione.

"I know right!" Hermione whispered back.
