Chapter Two

George was sat at a table with Tommy, Scarlett, some person whose name is Cameron or something and someone whose name is Sapnap. Who would name their child like that? Like seriously. Scarlett was making small talk with this Cameron person while Tommy was playing with his hands awkwardly, 'Sapnap' was leaning over to the aphrodite kids table whispering something into a blonde males ear, they both snickered.

"Tomathy, Scarlett and George.." Charion said softly, walking over "I have a gift from your father.. For each of you." He said placing three boxes on the table. He slid one over to George whose was wrapped in blue paper with a darker blue ribbon around it, Scarletts was a mix of red paper with a black ribbon and Tommy's was red and white looking just like scarletts.

"When did he send these..?" Scarlett asked softly, the whole camp had gone quiet and was staring at the three children of hades.

Charion smiled "they arrived last night with George." he said watching the three, George looked extremely confused, he woke up here and that was that. "He had one of his.. Friends' pets bring him here for safety with the gifts. I was given a letter saying to give them to you tonight." George stared at the man, he didn't believe a word the man was saying.

Scarlett smiled, it was funny how they were the only ones who seemed to get birthday and christmas presents from their godly parents, it almost started a fight one time; the Ares kids had tried to kill Tommy and her as they weren't allowed to talk to their father when the Hades kids were getting presents. It doesn't seem fair to the rest of the camp but it's how it is.

Scarlett slowly removed the ribbon, George and Tommy watching her and not touching theirs. As the girl pulled the ribbon off and started to unwrap the small, silver rectangular box it was just like the ones you'd get a necklace, bracelet or ring in. "Is it jewelry?" she asked with a confused expression on her face, she wasn't one for necklaces or bracelets but clearly she had a thing for earrings and rings.

Charion shrugged his shoulders "I don't know I was not allowed to open them." he said, still standing beside the table, hovering over the five children who were sitting at the table before him.

Scarlett rolled her eyes, rolling her eyes the centaur wasn't being much of a help. She slowly took the lid off the box inside was a ring with a bright red, almost glowing ring in the middle of the ring. Scarlett pulled the ring out and smiled, she slipped it on and it seemed to fit perfically.

Tomathy opened his one next. It was a necklace with a white, glowing jewel hanging down from the silver chain which Scarlett put around his neck. Scarlett's ring was also silver, gold always turned their skin pitch black for some reason.

George opened his last, it was a bracelet or an anklet which had a deep blue, glowing jewel in the middle, binded to the silver chain. Scarlett helped him put it on as George had no idea how to put the silver bracelet on.

Now it was time for dinner, well to actually eat before going back to their cabins.

George just sat on the steps of their shared cabin. George sighed and rubbed his cheek, leaning against one of the supports holding the roof of the patio up, keeping the light of the moon from hitting his skin.

Charion was busy handling all the other kids, Aphrodite and Ares seem to get around quite the bit so does Hermes and a few others maybe only Zeus, Poseidon and Hades don't get around as much, then again Hades is only allowed one child every thousand years.

George sighed again he was feeling wired. Like, how are you meant to feel after raising yourself for 10 years then being brought here in your sleep just so you could babysit two kids you don't know and they end up being your siblings?
