I woke up to the sound of my alarm ringing for the second time. I didn't want to wake up I just wanted to sleep forever to see if it would take away all the pain I was feeling.
I got up and went to wash my face and went downstairs to make breakfast.

I had breakfast and went to shower and brushed my teeth and put on clean clothes. I came to the living room and sat down. There was nothing to do and I was bored. Then I remembered the gift aunt Jenny said she left for me. So I went to my room opened my Closet and saw a beautiful pink wrapped box.
I picked it up and it was a little heavy.
So I got some scissors and went downstairs to unwrap it.

I unwrapped the present and opened the box to see that it was a sewing machine. It was beautiful and portable. I remembered how I would talk about wanting to become a fashion designer when I was younger and she remembered. I had little knowledge on tailoring because when mum and dad were away I would go and learn with the local tailor and pay her my allowance. So I knew a lot about it.
I picked up the machine and brought it to my room and looked for the perfect place to keep it. But my room was too cramped up. Then I remembered we had a spare room that no one used.
So I went there and saw that the desk was intact so I set it up there and thought of what to do next and then it came to me if I wanted to sew I'll need fabrics threads and a lot of other things
So I went to my room and opened my drawer counting the money aunt Jenny left me and it was 5000 dollars I smiled and kept the money safely under the floorboard under my bed.

I took a thousand dollars and took my parents car keys and drove off to the tailors market.
It was a 45 minute drive from my house
I got down from my car and proceeded into the big building that had lots of stalls
Walking into the first Stall I greeted the elderly lady and bought some scissors of different functions, a measuring tape, a metre rules and some buttons and pins.
The total amount was 250 dollars so I paid and went to the next shop.

Upon getting to the next shop I noticed that there was only the owner of the shop and a tall man wearing a unique fabric suit and he looked gorgeous I looked into his blue eyes and then he looked back at me then I broke his gaze.
I just went around the shop Picking fabrics of different types and threads to match the fabrics I bought.
Then I went to the counter to pay the old lady calculated the cost of the fabrics and it was 700 Dollars do I paid and left the shop.

I paid and went to drop the bags.
When I caught a man staring at me.
He walked up to me and handed me a card
I glanced at the card and looked up at him. He smiled and walked away.
I put the card in my bag entered the car and drove to the super market to pick up some groceries.
When I got home it was already past 1 and I was expecting my parents lawyer soon
As if on Cue the door bell rang and I put the things I bought behind the kitchen counter and went to open the door.
I ushered him in Remembering that I had seen him a few times at home.
I offered him some snacks and juice and he accepted gratefully then I sat down
"You told me my parents had unpaid debts please what's this about,I asked
He replied saying that my parents owed the Cali's the sum of Ten thousand dollars. I froze when I heard the amount.Tears welled up in my eyes but I blinked it away I couldn't cry I had to be strong and I had to think of a way to pay up the debts. I needed to get a job or something I needed to figure out a way to do it. I had 2months to pay off the debt.
My parents lawyer left the house and I began to think of plans and Ideas.

There was a restaurant 15 minutes away from my house and the receptionist was my friend I called her and she was surprised to hear my voice
I told her everything that happened and there was a spot for a waitress. So she asked me to come over and apply and hopefully see what would happen next.
I went to shower and change my clothes I put on a black a line dress and black boots and I carried my bag containing my phone ,perfume Chapstick a mirror and other essentials.
