Your P.O.V

You slowly open your eyes and find yourself in the arms of an unconscious Sebastian. You poked him a few times just to make sure and you carefully rolled out of his arms. You lifted up your dress and found that your wound had quickly healed and was now just a scar. You turned to see Sebastian still knocked out. His hair was messy and his mouth was slightly open. You walked over to him and kissed him on the cheek before leaving the room. You quickly backed into a room as you heard footsteps heading right towards you. You peeked your head out of the door and saw a small blond, curly haired girl running into Ciel's office screaming "CIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL!!!" you cringed and thought that's rather unlike a lady for fuck's sake! you slowly crept towards the study and pressed your ear against the door. "Elizabeth -" "CALL ME LIZZY!" "Yes.. uhm... Lizzy. Stay away from the room next to yours please" "Huh? Why?" "Please just... stay out of that room"You knocked on the door softly and entered after You heard Ciel say "Come in" he looked shocked to see you but quickly regained his posture when he saw Elizabeth's glare. "Who is this, Ciel? Is she the reason why I'm to stay away from that room?! ARE YOU CHEATING ON ME?!" she yelled, both extremely upset and angry. Ciel looked at you, his blue eye screaming for help. You curtsied and said "My lady, I am (Y/N) (Y/L/N). I work for Lord Phantomhive now" she looked at you, not believing what you said. She smiled an obviously fake smile and said "Of course, Ciel always wanted another maid working here" Ciel looked confused but believed her 'fakeness'. "Lady Elizabeth, I believe Master Ciel wanted you to stay away from the room because Sebastian is in there unconscious. You haven't seen me before because I have been by his side twenty-four seven. If you don't believe me I can take you to him" she nodded curtly and followed you out of the room, Ciel right behind her. You slowly opened the door to the room Sebby was in and checked to see that he was still out cold. You pushed the door open further so Elizabeth could see. "S-Sebastian? Wha-What happened to h-him" she asked, worry on her face. "He hit his head pretty bad. I can't remember how long he's been out" "Six months" Ciel replied. You froze and my eyes widened. "S-six months?" you stuttered, looking at Ciel "Yes. Don't you remember? I suppose it'd be easy to forget being stuck in there all day next to him" he replied, winking. You finally got what he meant and you played along. God, he's a good actor. His face is still emotionless! "Yes, I suppose. But I like taking care of him. He saved my life and now I'm saving him" Elizabeth smiled, making it look more real this time. "If you'll excuse me, I have to tend to him" you curtsied, and shut the door as they walked back to Ciel's study. You could have sworn you saw him slip his hand into hers, intertwining their fingers but you just shrugged and went over to your Sebby. You pushed the armchair next to the bed and dozed off in it, your hand still gripping Sebastian's.

Bassy's P.O.V

I opened my eyes to find (Y/N) sitting next to the bed and holding my hand. I caressed her hand and kissed it softly. She stirred and slowly looked over to me. "Sebastian" she whispered, smiling. "How long -" "Six months" she replied sadly. She let go of my hand, crawled onto the bed and straddled me. "And when did you wake up?" I asked, pulling her closer to my chest with my hands on her waist. "Few hours ago I assume" she replied. I was about to speak when she kissed me. I melted into the kiss, which was more love than passion. She pulled back, hugged me tightly and whispered "I love you, Sebastian" "I love you too, (Y/N)" After a few minutes I pulled back from her, the smile fading from my face. "(Y/N), I need to tell you something" I noticed the look on her face and quickly added "Don't worry, love. Its good news" she sighed with relief and grinned at me, her (e/c) eyes sparkling. "(Y/N), I talked with William. I convinced him not to give a fuck unless I rape you. Which ain't gonna happen" Her smile grew wider and she pecked me on the lips before jumping off the bed and looking in the mirror. I noticed her starting to get changed, so to respect her wishes, I looked away from her and soon heard her fixing up her face so I looked over to her again. Her (H/L) (H/C) hair was a wreck so I decided to brush it for her. I stood up and quickly adjusted my tie and flipped my hair, which instantly fixed itself. I walked over to her and picked up her brush. I started brushing her hair, the brush sliding through without getting caught in a single knot. When I was happy with her hair I helped her out of her chair when I caught sight of the hickey I left on her neck. I smirked and grabbed a choker that matched her dress. She requested a new one not long ago that was like Mey-Rin's. I was sad to see her not wearing the French maid's dress but I was glad because I was sick of Bard trying to catch her attention so much. "Thank you, honey" she said, as I put it on her. She looked cute with it and it covered the hickey well. "No problem, Kitten" we walked out of the room and towards Ciel's study. When we knocked, opened the door and walked in we stood in shock seeing Ciel and Elizabeth....
