Your P.O.V

"How... did you infiltrate the circus yesterday?" Ciel asked you to break the awkward silence. You had been staring out the carriage window for the whole ride so far and you were relieved you didn't have to think of a conversation starter. You shuffled in your seat awkwardly and said "It doesn't matter" he raised an eyebrow but just shrugged and mumbled "Whatever" "So, uhm, why are we trying to get in a circus?" you asked, trying to remember if Ciel had ever told you. "They are a travelling circus known as 'Noah's Ark Circus' and everywhere they visit, children disappear in the night. It is our job to stop them" you nodded and felt sad at the thought of people losing their children. You suddenly felt a sharp pain in your stomach that vanished almost as soon as it came, but you felt it anyway. You hissed and hugged your stomach in pain. He stared at you confused but you looked up at him and said "I'm alright" he raised his eyebrow in disbelief but turned to stare out the window and you spent the rest of the ride in silence. After a while, the carriage stopped and Sebastian opened the door, helping Ciel out before holding his hand out for you. You took it and walked down the steps gracefully. "Okay, so the deal is that we are all friends who just escaped our abusive master" Ciel said. You chuckled thinking of how that was how you got to come back for an entry test anyway. You held Sebastian and Ciel's hands as you skipped towards the circus, dragging them with you. When you saw Joker you let go of their hands and ran forwards. You hugged him as he laughed and said "I see you came back for your entry test!" You smiled and said "Yes, and I brought two friends with me!" you gestured towards Ciel and Sebastian and they stepped forward to introduce themselves. "Well, I never knew you three knew each other! Let's hope you all pass your entry test so there will be no sad goodbyes today!" Ugh, too cheerful for me, you thought as he turned away, rolling your eyes. You followed him and Sebastian quickened his pace a little so he was next to you. He leaned to the side a little and whispered "I don't like the way he looks at you, my love" in your ear. "Is Sebby jealous?" you whispered back, trying not to laugh. He straightened himself up and was blushing slightly. You playfully punched his arm and said "Oh my god, you are!" "Am not" "Are too" "Am not!" "Are too!" "I. Am. Not!" he said, clearly annoyed. "Well you obviously are, but okay, I believe you!" you said, throwing your hands up in surrender. Joker suddenly stopped and you would have walked into him if it weren't for Sebastian sticking his arm out in front of you. "So, how about the little lad first?" Ciel stepped forward and said "Well, I'm good at darts" Dagger stepped forward and gave him three knives. You smirked when you saw how far away the target was, knowing that Ciel's throw was too weak to even reach more than half of that distance. Ciel winked at you and threw the first knife. You were right, for when it reached about halfway, it started falling to the ground. Dagger started to laugh when a stone flew out of nowhere and hit the knife, sending it straight into the bulls eye. Dagger, Beast and Joker were dumbfounded as Ciel threw the second and third knives, each of them also having a small stone hit them, sending them back on their course. Sebastian turned to you and smirked, telling you that it was him flicking the stones. Ciel was soon dragged inside by Joker and was forced to walk the tightrope. When his 'safety' rope was tied around him he carefully stepped onto the rope, slowly making his way across. When he started losing his balance you flicked Sebastian on the leg. He nodded curtly before flicking another stone. One or two stones would have been enough to fix his balance but Sebastian decided to have a little fun and continued throwing stones until Ciel reached the other side. He was snickering the whole time and when Ciel climbed down, rubbing his sides, you and Sebastian turned away, trying not to burst out laughing. Joker tapped Sebastian on the shoulder and told him it was his turn. Sebastian soon started showing off, doing all the basic things such as juggling, but with knives. You rolled your eyes as Joker told you it was your 'time to shine'. You smirked, grabbed a bow and two arrows and a whip. You had a trampoline placed to the side of the room and the target on the other side. Joker watched in awe as you started running. You did 5 front handsprings in a row before doing a double aerial twist, landing on the trampoline before soaring up and backwards. You twisted so you were facing forwards as you lashed out the whip, which coiled around the tightrope and you used it to swing yourself even further forward. You did continuous 360 spins as you pulled out the bow and arrow, shooting the arrow towards the target. It hit the bulls eye and you pulled out the other arrow and aimed it. Just as you hit the ground, the second arrow split the first one in half. You did and assassins roll and stood up, earning an applause from all the other performers, except Sebastian and Ciel, who were standing there completely shocked. You curtsied and Joker ran forward, yelling about how amazing you were. When he finally stopped shouting and jumping around like a maniac he asked "What else can you do?" "What... ever... you want... me to" you said, acting as though you were slightly out of breath. He patted you on the back and walked back to the others with you as he cried out "Well, it looks as though we have three rising stars now!" "Three?" you said. So there's me, Sebastian and... who else? "Ahh, Suit! Your timing is perfection!" "Suit?" you said, turning around to see your father dressed in a gold and green suit with a ridiculous red spotted tie. You smiled slightly before stepping forward and saying "Ola, Suit" "Hello" he replied as you firmly shook his hand. "Ahh, yes! You three need your stage names!" he said gesturing to you, Ciel and Sebastian. He placed his hand on his chin in thought before he said "How about we get your costumes done first?" you all nodded as he lead you to the tailor. "The name's Taylor Addams" he said, mostly to you. "Well, how about we get you done first?" he said clapping his hands and dragging you into a spare room. He winked at you and said "This will take a while, darling" you nodded, disgusted at the perverted man. After what seemed like hours of measuring and unnecessary touching he finally finished your costume. You wore a black and (E/C) corset with a removable skirt attached, which you could change from a long skirt to a short one whenever you wanted. You also had thigh high mismatched stockings like Dolls, which were held up with a garter. You wore your knee high lace up boots but you also had another pair of knee high boots to wear with higher heels, in case you felt like something different for the shows. He said you could do whatever you wanted with your hair and you nodded, slipping on the high heeled boots and putting your lace up ones in the bag that had the short skirt and a spare corset and other accessories such as a top hat. You put on the hat and stepped out of the room. The three boys (Joker, Sebby and Ciel) stared at you in awe, while passing performers also stopped to stare. You giggled and said "That's enough staring now, he wants you Sebastian" you walked up to him and tapped him on the nose, causing him to snap out of his trance and head into the room. "Well, you're quite the charmer" Joker said, winking at you. You noticed Ciel was still staring so when Joker turned around you lightly smacked him on the head, forcing him to come back to Earth as well. He glared at you as Sebastian walked out of the room. Not much changed except he was in a different suit and was wearing a top hat. Ciel went in the room and came out after a few hours wearing a ridiculous blue costume. Joker lead you back into the big tent where performers where gathered around, wanting to meet you. Ciel walked in first, earning a few 'oohs' and 'ahhs' and a lot of 'awwws'. You giggled and Sebastian walked in, also being praised by the audience. When Joker gestured to you, you walked in, swaying your hips from side to side and smiling seductively at the audience, which was clearly pissing off Sebastian. Joker thoughtfully placed his hand under his chin as all the boy performers gaped at you before walking up to Sebastian and saying "The tall fellow here is Black, the wee boy is Smile, and," he said walking up to you and placing an arm around your waist, "This little doll here is Charm" Beast stared at you, clearly jealous, as Joker's fingers carefully made their way to your hips. You heard Sebastian growl and you chuckled, twirling out of Joker's hold and winking at the audience. Joker pulled out a list and said "Charm, Black and Suit will be in tent nine together, while Smile, you will be with Freckles in tent eight" Ciel was mortified at the fact that he had to share with a complete stranger, but you were quite happy to be sharing with the two people you loved most in the world.

You convinced your father to sneak around the circus and try find some information. You hugged yourself and shivered, wishing you had brought a warmer coat. "They can't return your feelings, so they decide to be kind. All the while knowing it only hurts you more... cruel, isn't it?" you heard Sebastian say. You peered around the corner of a tent to see the most horrifying scene you had ever laid eyes on. Beast was leaning against a fence with Sebastian behind her, smirking. "How long have you been crying these sad tears, carrying on this relationship that can only make you maudlin?" he had one hand one the fence, the other hand free of its glove and stroking her scarf. "WHAT WOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT IT?!" she yelled, turning to face him, blushing and tears threatening to roll down her cheeks. She aimed a punch at him but he dodged, grabbed her arm, and pulled her into him. "Nothing, yet. But I do know a way to release you from the pain, just for a little while" you gasped but clasped a hand over your mouth. Surely he doesn't mean - NO! He wouldn't! He's your husband! Tears uncontrollably fell as he seductively whispered in her ear "Shout all you like, but he'll never turn to look at you. You poor dear... isn't it painful? Don't you want to forget him?" his hand was now on her thigh, inches away from her private area. His gloved hand trailed up her arm and he interlocked his fingers with hers. "Then why not forget everything, even if just for tonight?" His other hand was now caressing her chin as he continued. "Wallow in pleasure, take the sweet poison in to your deepest depths. I simply want to know that secret place inside of you" you felt rage rush through your body as you pulled off your wedding ring and threw it on the ground. He led Beast away and you let it out. You screamed in anger and hurt, as you ran back to your tent, your sight blinded by your flowing tears. When you got back to your tent you didn't care if you woke up your father. You screamed again and fell to your knees, slamming your clenched fist on the ground repeatedly. "(Y-Y/N)? (Y/N)! What's wrong?! What happened?!" William shouted, kneeling beside you and hugging you. You didn't have the strength to repeat what you saw, so you just cried harder, allowing him to cradle you. "Shh, I'm here, I'm here" he whispered over and over again as he rocked you back and forth. You cried yourself to sleep in his arms, hoping that everything you saw and heard was just a horrible nightmare.
