Y/n's POV
"I was on a train, the lights went off but not for a few minutes. In fact it was for hours I did everything to get back to reality. I knew I was dreaming I just couldn't escape, after the dream my life went down hill." I explained knowing that something bad was about to happen."That reminds me of what happened on the train on Friday when we first saw each other." He said smiling. I quickly covered my ears and closed my eyes, as the train was screeching against the tracks.
"The lights are off?" A little kid said to her mother. "Sorry everyone, the trains have been acting up recently. We will be back to you shortly." The conductor said in a more worried voice.
"How did you know y/n?" Ranboo looked at me. "I wouldn't say I can see all the future but I can see little moments of it." I explained as I uncovered my ears. I tried sitting up straight as possible knowing we're going to be here for a while.
Ranboo noticed how bad my hands were shaking, he grabbed my hand trying to comfort me a bit more. "Why my life? Why am I homeless?" I questioned myself overthinking, on the verge of a panic attack.
I wrapped my arm around Ranboo's waist and buried my head deep in his chest. "I don't want to be here, I really hope the next part of the dream isn't coming to reality." I whispered trying not to alarm the little girl across from me.
It was freezing in London 30 is to cold to be stuck on a broken subway train. We sat their looking into the darkness. "Ranboo? What are your friends like?" I asked trying to forget about time as it slowly went by.
"My friends are very interesting." He said laughing. His laugh gave me a little more comfort and hope than I had before. "How interesting, like annoying? Or just funny?" I smiled up at him. "Mostly annoying and maybe a little funny." He smiled down at me.
It began getting colder as the sun went down. "I really hope the train starts moving again soon." I said shaking. Ranboo gave me his other jacket as he wrapped his arms around me. It wasn't much but it was definitely warmer.
"Thank you-" I said getting cut off by Ranboo, "You don't need to say thank you I know your thankful." He said looking down at me. I blushed lightly after hearing his words once again. "It's currently been 2 hours and this train isn't moving anytime soon." The conductor said with a shaky voice.
I sighed as I watched the cold air blow out my mouth. The staff on the train began passing out blankets since we would be their for a while. They only gave me and Ranboo one blanket so we had to share, but it was fine.
I finally felt comfortable and warm, I leaned my head back on Ranboo who was sitting behind me. "If you fall asleep i'll wake you once we get their." He said smiling as he rubbed my neck. I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep.
Ranboo's POV
Y/n's fluffy soft hair rubbing against me felt like comfort, I rubbed y/n's neck until they fell asleep on my chest. Do I like y/n we just met like a week ago? I can tell just by y/n's scars they've been through to much pain.My eyes redirected from the window once I felt a hand grab my wrist. I looked back at y/n who was now clinging on to my hand, I couldn't help but blush. How can one be so cute while sleeping?
"Mama I'm scared!" A child sitting across from us yelled. "Don't worry hun, they'll get the train workin soon." The mother said reassuring the child. I smiled at the mother just as good luck she smiled back.
I looked back down at y/n as their eye's fluttered open. "We have to get off this train right now!" Y/n tried to say in a quiet voice. "What why?" I whispered back. "Trust me I had a dream and I don't want to take the risk!" Y/n said with their filled eyes.
Since the train broke down at a train stop, across town from where everyone had to be we got off immediately. "What was the dream?" I asked as I held y/n's hand. "T-the lady in the seat across, did you see inside her bag?" Y/n said panicked.
"N-no?" I replied shaking. "In the dream I saw some unsettling in that bag, and once we stood up I still saw it so I knew for sure the dream was a warning." Y/n said frantically. "Okay y/n well let's just get out of here." I said in a hurry.
As soon as we got about a mile away from the subway station we saw a tv channel on the new, "breaking news: a local train from jubilee line was bombed after being stuck for 3-4 hours." The news channel said with rain warnings on the bottom of the screen.
"Thank god, thank god I told you." Y/n said with heavy breath. "Thank you y/n... if it wasn't for you we would of died." I said hugging y/n happily. "At least if we did die I would be with my cat." Y/n said quietly.
I hugged y/n once again to make them happier. "It's okay y/n, at least you will always have me." I said smiling, knowing I would never leave y/n's side. "In fact I believe you should officially move in with me." I said smiling down at y/n.
Y/n happily jumped into my arms, "Thank you!! Thank you!!" Y/n yelled as they tucked their head in my shoulder. "Your welcome y/n, also how about we go back and order some food?" I smiled. We finally made it to our home.
