After Mikey saw the paper that was left in the grass he continued to run in the direction where he thinks they went after a bit and running he saw them he continued to spy on them after a couple minutes go by he starts to realize something

How come Takemichy doesn't act like this around me? I mean around me acts like I'm a five-year-old who needs a babysitter but when he's around Her he acts like a normal person with a friend. Why is he so different with her from where I'm standing she's worse than me,

Third person POV
Mikey's heart sunk straight to his stomach at the thought of Takamichi dating Mika he tried to convince himself that he was just making up silly things but he couldn't distract the thought it started to make more and more sense and more he thought about it, It would explain the fact that completely forgot about him at that restaurant and explain hang out and it would also explain why he acted so different around him. He couldn't believe he was crushing on a boy not any boy his best friend who just so happens to be dating someone he hates. He didn't know how to feel Sad, Angry or heartbroken but either way that was still his friend so he was gonna have to support the relationship either way he goes even if he hated it

Mikey POV
I stood where I was hiding in shock I couldn't believe myself after getting a grip of myself I proceeded to turn the other way back to the park as they hit the corner going the opposite way. After some more walking I finally reached the park again I proceeded to walk around the park until I got to this area where it was just a bunch of grass and hills I sat down laying on the grass trying to cope with my broken heart.

After an hour or two Mikey walked back to his house Emma was still gone so he had to house to himself he walked in the living room turning on his TV before turning on his favorite show he wasn't really upset anymore after a good 20 minutes into the show there was a knock at the front door

Mikey: Who is it?

Takemichi: It's me Mikey

Mikey: Okay one sec

After he realized Takamichi was at the door he put on his favorite smile so Takemichi wouldn't question anything before telling him to come in

Takemichi: Hey Mikey

Takemichi said smiling at Mikey before Mikey responded

Mikey: Hey Takemichy What's up?

Takemichi: I got bored so I decided to come here also I'm sorry for leaving out this morning without saying bye

Mikey:It's cool I didn't take any offense from it anyways what do you wanna do?

Something was wrong I couldn't figure out what it was though something is different though Mikey's goofy smile was nowhere to be found it was like a new boring plain one and usually he would have made a really bad joke but whatever is wrong I'm going to figure it out one way or another
