I'm what?!

Peter heard beeping somewhere.

Then he groaned and slowly opened his eyes.

"Peter?" Pepper said gently.

"Pepper?" Peter said.

"Oh thank God." she said relieved. "How are you feeling?"

"Like crap." he said. "What happened and where am I?"

"You're at a hospital. You passed out during the party we were having."

He nodded remembering.

Then a doctor came in.

"Peter! I can see you're finally awake." the doctor said smiling.

"Yeah. What happened?" Peter said.

"You passed out. We did a few tests and found out what caused it."

"And?" Rhodey said.

The doctor smiled and looked at Peter.

"Looks like you're pregnant." he said.

They froze then came back.

"WHAT?!" they yelled together.

"He's pregnant. Twelve weeks."

"How?" Peter asked.

"We noticed something while we were looking at you."

"And?" Pepper said.

Then Peter remembered how it could've happened.

"We saw that he's a herm."

Pepper and Rhodey sat there in shock then looked at a red Peter.

"Is this true?" Rhodey asked.

"Yes." Peter said.

"Does anyone else know?"

"No. Only you guys, May and my doctors." he said and they nodded.

"Any Idea who the father is?" the doctor asked.

Peter shut his eyes fighting tears and nodded.

"My boyfriend who disappeared after the snap." he said.

"Who was it?"

"A friend of Mr. Stark, Harley Keener."

The doctor nodded and wrote it down.

"Any family members I can call?"

"No. My parents worked for SHIELD but were in a plane crash when I was two, my grandparents died before I was born, my uncle was shot two years ago and my aunt was snapped."

"Who were your parents?"

"Richard and Mary Parker. My uncle was my dad's brother Ben and my aunt is May, she was a nurse in Queens Hospital."

"I heard about Richard and May from a work friend. He said she was a great nurse."

Peter smiled a little.

"She was. She got bandages, gloze tape, wrist bandages, everything from work. When she found out I'm Spider-Man she doubled a batch and cleaned me up after patrol."

Pepper and Rhodey snickered.

"We've heard." they said.

"What do you want to do, keep it, abortion or have it and give it away?" the doctor asked.

"Um," Peter said and thought. "I'll keep it."

Pepper and Rhodey smiled.

"Alright. I'll see you once a month for it to be looked at." The doctor said smiling.

Peter nodded.

"Can we go now?" he asked and they all chuckled.

"Yes, you can go."

Then Peter got up and they headed back home.

When they got there they sat down in the living room.

"It's gonna be fine Peter." Pepper said.

"She's right. You save kids all the time!" Rhodey said.

"I know." Peter said and looked at them. "I just don't know if I'm ready."

"We know he's not here but you still have us and Happy." Pepper said gently.

He looked at her and nodded.
