Time to change this

It had been a month and Peter was in the lab playing with FRIDAY.

He's now fourteen weeks and still on patrol.

"OK, since I'm taking it all from here soon it's time to play around with things." he said. "FRIDAY?"

"Yes Peter?" FRIDAY said.

"Time for you to retire. I know he just made you a few years ago but time for an upgrade." he said and started playing around.

"Who is taking my place?"

"Karen. You remember when he made me the suit from the little war between Tony and Rogers. With it he made me an AI of my own and since he's gone and leaves me the company, I'm switching you with Karen."

"OK."

He mentally knew she was upset but he can't stand hearing her getting him to think about Tony.

Then he finished typing and hit his watch.

"Karen?" he said.

"Hello Peter. How was your appointment?" Karen said.

He smiled.

"It was good. The baby's doing fine and healthy."

"Good. What can I do for you?"

"I'm making you what FRIDAY is. You're my AI but updating you since Tony's gone and Stark Industries will be mine one day."

"OK. All you have to do is shut down the chip that Mr. Stark has with FRIDAY after typing in what you are now."

"OK." he said and finished up. "Alright, FRIDAY, time for an update." he said, hit the chip and waited. Karen?"

"You have successfully made me the AI of everything. Your suit, the cabin, Stark Industries and everything else. Good job Peter."

Peter smiled and nodded.

"Alright, let's go tell Pepper." he said and left.

A few minutes later he saw her in the kitchen.

"FRIDAY, set the timer for an hour please." she said but got nothing. "FRIDAY?"

"FRIDAY has been deactivated by Peter a few minutes ago Miss. Potts." Karen said.

"What? Who are you?"

"I am Karen. Peter's AI. Mr. Stark made me when he made Peter's suit."

"Oh."

Then Peter came in.

"It's true. I was in the lab getting it done. Since he's gone I couldn't listen to FRIDAY so I made Karen take her place."

Pepper nodded understanding.

"OK. Does she listen to anyone else?"

"She should."

"OK. Karen?"

"Yes Miss. Potts?"

"Set the timer for an hour."

"Timer is now set."

Peter smiled.

"Thanks Karen." he said.

"You're welcome Peter. Are we going on patrol after dinner?"

He smiled.

"As usual."

"OK."

Pepper wasn't happy but he swore to keep doing it until the day he has it.

With him being the last hero it's all up to him.

A few hours later Peter was in bed after another day of patrol and school.
