"Mum why do we have to move, I liked it just fine in Canada (or whatever you want)" I whined;
"Trust me y/n/n, your gonna love Los Angeles!" Mum replied. I rolled my eyes;
"Whatever Mum!" I sighed putting air pods in to listen my favourite music (whatever your favourite music is.)
We were about 5 minutes away from our new home, Mum had received a lot of money from her last job because her boss liked her so much and wanted to make sure we had a better life her then in Canada (or whatever you want). We arrived at our new home it was huge:

"Wow!" I said.
"You like it y/n?"
"When you said we were gonna have a better life here I thought you were joking, this is incredible!"
"I'm glad you like it sweetie!" Mum replied.
"I call the biggest room!" I say.
"Whatever you want sweetheart!" Mum replies. I raced up to the biggest room, it was huge just what I wanted.
Seen as I am a very creative person and I had so many ideas, I decided to change it up and make it my own so with a lot of hard work I finally achieved that.

After designing my room I walked downstairs.
"Hey mum, I finished designing my room. I saw a park down the road as we were driving, I'm gonna go take my book and read there for a bit."
I walked to the park, there was a few kids there that looked around my age, I walked over and introduced myself;
"Hi, I'm y/n, I'm new in town!" I said.
"Hi, y/n. I'm Lia!" the girl said.
"Hi, I'm Kenny!" the boy said.
"Where do you live?" Lia asks.
"Oh the big blue house down the street, that's me." They looked shocked.
"Wow, I have wanted to live there for ages, how'd you land in a house like that?" Kenny asks.
"Well, when I moved away from Canada (or whatever you want), my mum's boss gave her a tone of money to start a better life because things weren't going to well for us in Canada, the um yeah before my uh dad died from cancer." They both looked at me with sorrow but sympathetic faces.
"Oh, well I'm sorry to hear that y/n. Trust me you will love Los Angeles though it's amazing here." Lia said. I smiled.
"Okay!" I said.
"Do you have any siblings y/n?" Kenny asks.
"Yeah, I do, I have an older brother named Marcus, but he moved in with his girlfriend about a month ago." I say.
"Oh that's nice, I have an older brother too, Shawn, he's currently in juvey right now though." Kenny says, he looked a bit sad.
"Oh I'm sorry to hear that." I say,
"It's okay, I go to see him occasionally."
"Oh that's good then, what did he do if you don't mind me asking. I ask.
"He was sentenced for attacking a former friend to defend me." Kenny replies.
"Oh that's sounds pretty serious, how long was his sentence?" I asked.
"I think it was 2 years!" Kenny replies.
-short time skip-
It was now 5pm, I was talking to Lia and Kenny for an hour or two and thought it would be best to go home now seen as mum was probably starting to cook dinner around about now.
"I should probably get going, see you guys at school tomorrow?" I say.
"Yeah sure cya!" they both reply. I start to walk home, wondering who I would meet tomorrow at school, I wondered if I was gonna meet any siblings of Samantha LaRusso randomly, you know if she had any.
