  Eyes the color of a glacier stare into ones of the pacific ocean, "Quite endearing I'd say, you follow every one of your dear Tsarita's orders, nothing less of the Eleventh Fatui General." Kaeya crossed his legs, clasping his hands together and a smug look on his tan face. "As one of her most trusted generals isn't it my duty to obey every one of her orders in one fell swoop? Or do you, Kaeya Alberich, secretly disobey your dear leader, Jean Gunnhildr?" 

  Kaeya chuckled, "If I did, wouldn't I have been on my knees pleading to have you take me in?" Kaeya knew that he would never kneel to such a man. Childe scoffed, "Oh please, as if someone like yourself would find yourself in such a vulnerable position." Even Tartaglia knew this. "How cunning of you."

  Just a moment later, in the corner of his eye, he can see a flash of blonde hair in the trees and he barely dodges the bullet that would have otherwise nailed him in the head. "Are you trying to assassinate me, Ajax?"

That's the prologue guys!!! So let me clear some stuff up before we jump into it. Kaeya is a lieutenant for Mondstadt, currently, under the rule of Jean, every single nation is at war.

Mond is trying to make peace with Snezhnaya, and Liyue and Natlan are currently allies. Khaenri'ah has risen from the ground and is currently allies with Inazuma. The rest shall be explained as the story goes on.
