Chapter-22

Morning

Sun rays fell on the well-built body of Karna as he is facing his back to the sun. He woke up and see a beautiful maiden in his hands. He slowly submerged into the breath taking beauty. He never felt like this to anyone before not even to hona first wife. As he continuously admired her, felt small movements in her eyes. Before she opened her eyes, he closed his as he don't want to be in a difficult situation.

Subhi opened her eyes to see herself laying in someone else's chest. She was in complete shock to see the lying position of them. She tried to get off from his embrace but he was too strong for her. In between she saw his attractive face, she stared at it for sometime later got her senses back and get off from his embrace. She don't want to create any embarassment between them. So she ran off from their before he wakes up but she didn't know that he is already awake. Karna smiled at her cuteness. He got up from bed a Lil bit late as he don't want to make Subhi in any awkward position.

At Garden

Kunti and Padmavati is sharing some moments there. She is so happy for her daughter in law. Actually she too was so much excited to meet her grandson. Thia maybe the first time they gonna be interacting this freely. Through her she came to know a lot of things about Karn. His life as a king, Anga, their marriage and his son's characters and also about Radha and Adhirat. Kunti is so relieved that Karn fell into the right hands. She asked about the relationship between Karna and Subhadra. At first Padma hesitated but later she opened every thing as she thought maybe Kunti can helo them to be together. Eventhough she is his wife she didn't want Karna and Subhi to have such a life. Subhi cares a lot about her and also her sons. She knows how much Subhi likes kids. She also knows her husband cares a lot about her, eventhough they don't admit he definitely have feelings for her. She never seen her husband to be this comfortable with any girls even with her he is not that free. So she wants everything to be good between her husband and Subhi.  Kunti was in utter shock when she realised the truth. So, Subhi never loved Karn? She..she loved someone else? Who is that can be?? She is totally confused. But she decided to make her first born and Subhadra to be together forever as they both are made for each other.

After 2 months

Padmavati delivered a healthy baby boy. All were so happy. Entire Anga celebrated the birth. All were happy especially Subhadra. Her long awaits finally over. Kunti was also in cloud nine. She never thought that she gonna experience something like this from her elder son. Even though it's a mystery, it's a total life for her. She too enjoyed it. She gave a lot of gold to the boy. All celebrated the birth. For cradle ceremony a lot of guests came. But the most notable one was Shri Krishna. He came there with Rukmini. Subhadra was so happy as she never left their chamber for another 2 days. She had a lot to talk. kanha was also happy to see his favourite sister. They got very much relief as she is not in pain anymore.
And the relation between Karna and Subhadra also improved. Thanks to Kunti. She made some hard orders and acting to make both of them to have more time. And the plan worked. Both finally understood their feelings for each other, but was too shy to express it. Kanha also read the situation. They were not like husband and wife rather they were like new lovers who fell in romance. They tried to avoid each other a lot. But it failed as it's not that easy to hide from the political affairs especially when they are the king and the queen of the country.

Duryodhan along with his wife came for cradle ceremony. He was also genuinely happy for Karna. He wanted to be close with Subhi but was literally embarrassed so he didn't try to do so. But Bhanumati became close to her. Subhi is so much comfortable with Bhanu but still she felt something off with Duryodhan. Maybe she can't forget the past. But she never showed it infront of him.
Kunti left for Indraprastha as her treatment ended. She asked a promise from both Karna and Subhadra that next time she arrives they should give her a grandchild. They reluctantly agreed as they don't want to put her in tight situation. Kanha and Rukmini also left for Dwaraka. Kanha invited them to be in Dwarka for somedays. But due to excessive national work they said they will come after some days.

A letter for the King

A: Whose letter?

Soldier: it's from Hastinapur..

A: give it to me..

He read the letter.... Subhadra was concerned but Karna's face is saying something different. He jumped in happiness.

A: Bhanu gave birth to a healthy boy. We need to depart today itself, then only we will be on time for cradle ceremony

S: But what about Chitrasena?

A: He will be fine with Padmavati

S: No he won't. He can't live an hour without me. How will he stay these much days without me?

P: Don't worry about him. I'll manage. You go

A: You will also be coming

P: No Swami, I can't. chitra is so young. Travelling doesn't suits him

S: Then I'll also accompany you here

P: No. What will Bhanu think. Never . You should go with Swami

S: What about chitra then?

P: he will be fine. He should start to have some time with his Padma mata tooo.. not only Subhi mata

All laughed at her words

A: Well then. Subhi pack everything.

Subhadra reluctantly agreed.
Karna noticed this

A: Hey, don't worry he will be fine.

Subhi smiled at him...
