" never got the chance to say a last goodbye. "
- dancing with your ghost by sasha alex sloan

"Thank you! Have a great night," Walker said to the cashier, handing me one of three 'taco bell' paper bags. He carried the other two, heading out of the crowded restaurant.

"You're welcome, wimp," he teased.

"Is it really my fault for not wanting to speak to the cashier? I always did it for you last time, anyway," I argued.

"Fine, I owe you. Let's quickly get a salad from 711," I nodded at Walker's suggestion, a 711 only a few blocks down from the Taco Bell. Unexpectedly, Walker swings his arm onto my shoulder, causing me to look up at him with furrowed eyebrows. I muttered a 'what the hell?' to him.

"Camera to your left," he whispered, "Did you really have to be in a marvel movie? Do you not know how many paparazzi people are desperate to get content from them? It's crazy." He joked, earning a light chuckle from me.

We eventually reached the 711, and I pulled away from his embrace to pull open the door for him to enter due to his hand being occupied.

"Person holding two bags can go in first," I teased, a goofy grin on my face. All I got was a stupid laugh and eye roll from Walker.

————

"Technically, we could buy this one, but this one says fresh so it's more expensive," I ranted.

"Just take the fresh one! The fresher the better, right? It does say fresh, doesn't it?" He questioned, snatching the salad from me.

"What else does it say? French?"

"Actually, now that you say that, the font does make it look like it says French."

We picked the fresh salad, and Walker spotted a slushy machine, pointing at it with glee, "Slushies! Can we please get some?" He begged.

"Are you sure there's enough money in the card?" I asked, the two of hs walking towards the machine and looking at the price for two cups.

"Please? It's just one and a half dollars for a large cup!" He exclaimed at the price. I paused for a while before finally giving in to the pleading Walker.

"What colour do you want?"

"Blue, please," Walker was like a golden retriever when it comes to slushes or ice cream, it's grown on me quite a bit.

"Alright, I'm taking raspberries, do you want a large or medium cup?"

"Large of course, did you even need to ask?" I quickly grabbed two large cups before an idea dawned on Walker.

"Hey, wouldn't it be funny if we mix the slushies into purple and each take a sip?" Walker suggested as we were about to leave the store.

"Why thou- oh."

OH.

————

"This is hilarious, why are we doing this again?" I commented as I mixed the slushies into a small cup while paying for the items.

"Because we can! Now, will you give me the card, please, I don't even know why you're the one who has it,"

"Because I'm more responsible," I said smugly, handing him the credit card, still mixing the slushes using a straw.

"That's six dollars," the cashier spoke. Walker handed him the card and took a sip of his slushy.

"And... done," I quickly took a sip from the purple slush, gagging slightly, "raspberry and blueberry isn't a very tasty combination."

"I'm sure it's not that bad," Walker scoffed, taking the small cup from me and taking a sip, "What do you mean it's bad?! It's great! How dare you," he then drank the remaining purple slush, leaving some just in case.

"Here's your card," the cashier handed Walker back the card before we walked out, sipping our slushes and giggling.

"Emma and Ryan are going to freak out," Walker reminisced, already imagining their reactions.

"That's the point," I laughed.

We eventually reached the hotel and brought up the food to Ryan's room, where the other two actors would be.

"Oh, look! Post-mates is here!" Ryan exclaimed once he heard the door unlock.

"You're such a child, Ryan," I snickered, placing the bag I held onto the kitchen counter.

"Are those, slushes?" Ryan asked, "You didn't think to get me one?" He groaned sadly.

"Nope." Walker said sternly.

"Wait, wait," Emma said with furrowed eyebrows once we began speaking, rushing towards us, "Open your mouths," Walker and I looked at each other, trying not to laugh and shaking our heads, "Open up," Emma forced my mouth open before her own mouth gaped open.

"What in the tarnation?"

"What?" Ryan questioned, his head poking out from the paper bag filled with taco bell.

"Come take a look for yourself!" Emma beckoned, "I'm never leaving you two alone ever again,"

"What do you mean?" Walker said, oblivious, beginning to snicker. Ryan opened up Walker's mouth and exaggeratedly gasped.

"Oh my god my ship has sailed!" Ryan celebrated.

"Ryan! No! They're children!" Emma scolded him.

"It's a joke, Emma! Look," I laughed, showing her the mixed slushies in the empty cup.

"You kids are going to be the death of me one day."

A/N:
I'm so sorry for the short chapter, I just wanted to finish this chapter quickly, I might edit it and extend the chapter but that's unlikely. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter even though it was short. Oh, and should I make a Newt Scamander X Reader book? I've been thinking of it but I need the audiences opinion and I'd like to know if you'd read it! - Raven
