  ELORA LOCKWOOD WAS THE DAUGHTER of a drunk who was constantly hung over and an absentee father that attended more business trips than birthdays of his two sixteen—year—old children. She was sister to a hyperactive teenage boy who was one of the many lacrosse players she associated herself with and held a very protective hood on his sister—not hesitating to hurt anyone that hurt her. She was girlfriend of Co-captain Dean Route—a boy who would never be good enough for her. His ego was bigger than the statue of liberty while his actual level of brain cells was undiscoverable. And she was the best friend of Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski—herself, Scott, Stiles and Ethan had been a quadruple since diapers.

   Due to the neglect that both her parents brought, Melissa McCall and Noah Stilinski had become their resident mother and father figures since birth. They always offered them a roof over their heads when their mom was to drunk to answer the door and their dad wasn't even in the country.

   But it was clear to everyone in Eloras life that her and Scott McCall could never be just friends. Whether they liked it or not—or in the case of Elora, whether she realised it or not—there would always be something there.
