(Both Naruto and Narumi are seven)

Narumi's POV

I had been take care by my godmother, Princess Senju Tsunade one of Three Legendary Sannins with her assistant, Shizune since born. I been trained since I was like 3. I learned medical ninjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu. Before you ask why I didn't learn genjutsu, it's because mom say that I'm not a genjutsu types. And yes I call her mom ofc I knew she just my godmother tho. While I call Shizune nee-chan.

Today I was going to learn my chakra elements. Mom gave me some type of paper and say to focus my chakra to it and I did.

"If your element is water it's gonna be soaked, if it's fire it's burned, if it's wind is gonna cut to half, if it's earth it's be destroyed, if it's lightning it's gonna be crumpled" mom said. As I focus my chakra to the paper, it's soaked. 

" So your element is water huh, like mother like daughter" she say but whispered at the end.

"Huh ?" I ask cause don't really hear the end of the sentence.

"Nothing, let's buy some ramen" she say changing the topics.

"Yatta, thanks mom 'ttebane " I thank her

'Ramen?" I heard a boy voice in my head

"Huh?!" I say as I looked around but see no one

"Are you ok Narumi?" Mom ask as she look around to

"Yes I'm okay, don't worry" I say

'Who's there?' I ask in my mind

'Eh!! How can you be in my head??' the boy ask

'What do you mean I'm in your head, you the one who in my head dattebane!' I say

'I'm in front of Ichiraku Ramen, how can inside your head dattebayo' he snap

'Hmm I think we are talking telepathically' I guessed

'I think you're right' the boy say

'What's your name' I ask

'Uzumaki Naruto dattebayo'

'Uzumaki Narumi dattebane'

'Wait why do we have same clan name?' he say

'I don't know either' I say

'When your birthday so I can wish you' I ask

' 10th October , yours?' he ask me back

' Same, don't say that we are actually twins, it'll make sense since our clan and birthday are same' I said while my eyes widened as mom ask if I'm okay which I nodded

'Cool, well see you Narumi Iruka-sensei say he will treated me' he say

'Okay see you or hear you' I giggle.
