My View:

I can't stop thinking about today. My friends kept teasing me about it ever since I told them. And the way he looked at me. Gosh. I'm starting to blush.

I squeal into my pillow while hugging it tight.

I just found out that he's in Ashley's class, which I shall remind you again, that her class is also my "supposed to be" class. However, it's still pretty freakin miraculous that someone like him is in my school out of every single school in Singapore.

His name is Adam Brooks and I also found his Instagram and Twitter but I didn't bother following him. It's only the guy's first day, I can't show that I already know what his social media accounts are. Hah. Funny though. Majority of the whole school knows what they are and they're definitely spamming him right now. Even earlier on during school. I think most of the girls in school managed to find his Instagram before the first recess.

I mean, some reason, deep down I feel that I don't see him as a crush. Maybe at most he'd be an eye candy but there's something about him that makes me wanna just become friends. Just friends. When I told my friends this, they freaked out and called me weird. Well, yeah I've always been weird but I'm just saying. I dunno. Just being friends with him seems more than enough to me. I won't be surprised if I end up liking him but still, I rather be friends with him.

He seems like a guy you can just be friends with no matter how hot he is.

Adam's View:

I found her social media. I followed few of my classmates back and found her Instagram. I didn't follow her yet though. No big deal but I found it to be too soon. She doesn't really post a lot but she's got nearly 400 followers. Impressive for someone who has about 10 pictures. She's really pretty but I don't know her enough to start jumping to conclusions that I like her. I take things real slow. I mean, who knows. She and I might just end up as friends. She seems pretty cool too.

"Adam? May I come in?" I hear my mum ask me through my bedroom door.

"Yeah." I reply.

She opens the door and closes it behind her and walks over to my bed where she sits down by me.

"So, how was school?" she asked.

I look at her weird because she's already asked me this during dinner earlier tonight.

"I know I've asked you but I felt like there was something else. All you told me was that you made friends,  people were friendly and average things like that. But I know they couldn't possibly be the reasons why you smiley once you got back." she says to me and I found myself smiling again.

"Well, I actually met a girl. She's really pretty and that's it. Nothing more. No feelings. None."

She looks at me doubtfully and says, "You were pretty smiley for someone who's just came back from school. But sure. Do you know her name?"

"Nope. But I will soon. I don't even know what class she's in. Not that I need to or anything but I kinda just feel comfortable around her." I tell her.

My mum smiles and we continue talking for a while until I felt too sleepy. She kisses me goodnight and switches of the lights, leaving my room.

I'm kinda excited to go back to school tomorrow. For whatever reasons.
