"Ready to go?" Said Caitlyn as she offered her hand to the younger girl and grabbed her hand, asking Caitlyn if she can carry the notebooks the girl was holding.

As they exit the room which looked like an abandoned classroom from the outside, they quickly got out of the academy by taking the lift.

Just outside the academy, Jayce was seen sitting on the stairs while staring at thin air making Raven snort out a loud laugh, it caught Jayce attention. "Sleeping beauty is awake now? Took you long enough." Teased the older male and without thinking twice Raven shoved her middle finger up to his face.

Jayce who only shook his head at the younger girl's immature act started walking away towards his apartment, which is only a walking distance from the academy. The trio eventually reached the outside of the academy,

"Do you think I'm going to beg for raw meat as I grow up?" Joked Raven as she hug Caitlyn's left arm as they walk, "I don't think so, according to the books you guys only eat raw meat if not behaved well, are you behaved Raven?" Joked back Caitlyn as Raven looked at her slightly offended.

"Oi— Why are we even going to your apartment? We can study at the park." Complained Raven knowing she would have to walk 3 floors just to reach the notorious apartment of Jayce.

"Because it's quiet there." Baffled, Raven snort— "You could've have studied inside my room"

Jayce who looked like he had enough of Raven's childish behavior started explaining the whole point why they are going to his Penthouse— it was to show the two girl's what he was experimenting all along. "You're saying the gem that Mrs. Kiramman gave you is actually magical?" Conclude Raven and he only shook is head in approval.

"Weird shit." Muttered Raven as they enter the building and they greet the person guarding the door.

Raven also noticed how there's multiple enforcers guarding the exit, for what reasons? Unknown.

As they got to the halls of the top floor, Jayce was blabbering about some science things that enters Raven's left ear and exit the other one.

"You really went to the undercity to get these?" Asked Caitlyn out of no where. "Weren't you scared?" Jayce shook his head and replied, "A little danger is worth the risk, don't you think?"

"Oh." Caitlyn shortly replied.

Suddenly Raven tripped causing what Caitlyn's holding to shake. "Uh, careful, that's Mrs. Kiramman's money Caitlyn is about to drop." Jayce said to Raven which the young girl soon apologize.

With every step, they neared the bronze door and due to Raven's sensitive ears, she was able to make out words.

"Mylo!"

She stopped dead on her tracks, making Caitlyn stop with her. "You okay?" She asked the pale girl as Raven nod slowly.

"Hello?" Jayce loudly calls making the two girls look at him, his hands tightly gripping onto the gold knob but whatever he do it doesn't budge open.

"Is someone in there?" He called again but this time he became more aggressive and started banging onto the door when it didn't work he used his body but it's still no use.

Just as Raven was about to help Jayce open the door a scream was heard and Both her and Jayce was blasted to the ground with Caitlyn taking less damage.

Ringing entered Raven's ears with her crawled onto the ground. As soon as Caitlyn saw her two friends she immediately went towards them to help. Dusk filled the air so with every breath, a cough exit their mouth.

"Can you...get...up?" Caitlyn said dusting the girl's face but the way she said it was muffled inside Raven's head but without minding her bruised back she managed to get up with Caitlyn's help.

She's been worse but Raven has never been blown up before by an unknown blue thing and Raven can only connect it to one thing the blue stone.

"I—I have to go— Help Jayce." Even light-headed, Raven ran down the stairs to look at what was happening from outside and the condition of the building.

It was broken almost in half and the terrace absolutely broken, some bricks fell but no one was harmed badly.

Everyone near them was either panicking or gossiping. Raven went towards the two couple talking (gossiping) as she asked questions to them, "Did you see who caused the explosion?"

The male one nods, "Three teenagers and a kid, absolutely dirty looking! Enforcers need to be better at keeping those rats out of this place." As soon as Raven heard that, the headache running around her head quickly went away.

"Thanks, didn't ask for your opinion though."

As soon as Raven said that, the couple scoff at her before walking away to the house just a couple of blocks away from the exploded building. Raven looks back again at the building behind her, some enforcers are now entering the building and Jayce and Caitlyn were starting to get questioned.

The young girl acted fast and ran towards the academy, it wasn't a part of her plan at all to go the the Undercity so she left all of her clothes inside her bedroom and it other for her to get it and retrieve it she has to avoid every single person that walks the same hallway as her.

"Why are you dirty?" Raven halted stop as soon as Medarda came into the view. "Mel! Oh haha... you've heard of the explosion right?" She paused as Medarda cross her arms, intimidating the younger girl, causing her to stutter. "I- I was uh... Inside the building when it happened so here... I am..."

The dark skinned woman suddenly sighs before playing with her gold rings, "Look, Raven I know what you've been doing outside the academy, does Heimerdinger know?"

Raven laughs but anxiety starts to fill her body.

"Oh? Really, yeah I guess this is bound to happen—I go to uh- a place, just a couple of blocks away from here and I— I fix broken blimps..." With shaking voice and hesitating actions, Medarda seemed to understand her body language. "What you've been doing is dangerous Raven...Never go back down to the Undercity unarmed." The older girl grabbed both of Raven's shoulders.

"I don't." A short reply exits Raven's mouth before walking away from the girl and to her big bedroom.

Grabbing a plain black shirt, she took off her blouse revealing her dark sports bra. A sigh escaped her mouth as she think about what she would tell her friend.

Grabbing her bag, she opened her window, it was windy and knowing that her bedroom is almost at the top of the academy scares her, but she can't risk seeing Medarda once again.

Gripping onto the pipes running around the academy, Raven can feel the harsh wind hitting her back. Was she scared, very but she needs to do this.
