You're Your Own Worst Enemy/MARVEL STORY

-Part 1-

You were sitting on the couch in the living room, your eyes glued on the tv, when Tony walked in.
Tony- Hey I'm going to be in a meeting tonight and I don't want anyone coming in.
Y/n- During your party?
Tony- Yes. I would rather be at the party but this is a very important meeting. And when I said I want no one in, I meant even you.
Y/n- Ok?

AT THE PARTY:
This is your outfit:

The avengers were all having fun and laughing in the living room. But everyone grew silent as a broken down robot came hobbling in. Everyone stood and turned to look at it.
Steve- What are you? Who sent you?
Robot- I see a suit of armor around the world.
You and Bruce looked at each other.
Bruce- Ultron.
Ultron- In the flesh, or no, not yet. Not this chrysalis. But I'm ready. I'm on a mission.
Natasha- What mission?
Ultron- Peace in our time.
Ultron flew up and at you. You ducked and he flew past you. He crashed into the window. You watched as it flew away and through the night.
Y/n- I'm going to get Tony.
You started to walk towards the stairs.
Steve- He said he wants no one in there.
Y/n- Do I look like I give a shit?

You pushed open the meeting room doors and barged in. You saw Tony sitting at a large round table with someone you didn't recognize.
Y/n- Tony we have a problem.
Tony immediately stood up.
Tony- Y/n! I said no one was aloud in here!
He turned to the mystery man sitting at the table.
Tony- I'm so sorry professor.
The mystery man just looked at you.
Y/n- It doesn't matter. There's a situation downstairs.
Tony- What could be so important that you had to interupt my meeting when I specifically said not to!?
Y/n- You remember what you, me, and Bruce were working on earlier in the lab?
Tony- Yeah. Ultron?
Y/n- Yeah.
You gave him a look. Tony turned to the mystery man.
Tony- Professor, I'm sorry but I need to deal with this. You stay here and don't let anyone else see you.
Tony walked out and down the hall. You went to follow him, but paused before you left the doorway. You looked at the man once more and he looked at you. You turned and went after Tony.

You, Bruce, and Tony were in the lab looking at a broken Jarvis hologram.
Bruce- How could this have happened?
Y/n- When we left, Ultron activated and took over Jarvis's mainframe. He got in and destroyed him from the inside out.
?- It was probably to access information.
You all turned to see the mystery man from earlier standing in the doorway.
Tony- Professor, you shouldn't be outside the room. It's not safe for others to see you.
?- But I wanted to come and help.
Tony- With all due respect, it's not good for any people to see you since you're outside of your universe.
Bruce- Wait, "your universe"?
?- It alright Stark. I'm ok with people seeing me and knowing I'm here as long as it's just your so called Avengers.
Tony- Well then, this is Professor Charles Xavier. Professor, this is Bruce, and you already saw her earlier but this is y/n.
Bruce- H-hi.
Charles- Now why don't you enlighten me on what happened.
Y/n- We built a murder bot that destroyed Tony's billion dollar AI system and is now on the loose.
They all turned and looked at you.
Y/n- What?
Tony sighed and looked at Jarvis again.
Bruce- What are we going to do about Jarvis?
Y/n- Well, I think I know something.
Tony turned to you, confused.
Tony- Whatever your thinking it's not going to work. We designed Jarvis to only be backed up to that one system. And Ultron was able to take him over since we backed him up to the same system.
Y/n- Well what if I said I had backed him up to some super secret files you stashed away, in case something like this happened?
Tony- Then I would be really mad at you! I told you those files were hidden for a reason and weren't supposed to be accessed by anyone but me!
You rolled your eyes and walked over to the computer.
Y/n- It's not like I looked at them.
Tony- But what if Jarvis had been accessed from there? All those files would have been leaked. You went against my orders!
Y/n- Since when have you known me to follow orders?
You pressed some more buttons on the keyboard and the hologram of Jarvis glitched back together.
Jarvis- Hello Mr. Stark. How can I be of service?
Tony- I'm still angry, but at least we have Jarvis back.
Charles- Now we just have to find Ultron. And with Jarvis back we can track his location.
Bruce- Right.
Bruce walked over to the computer and started typing.
Y/n- Wait Tony think about this. If it's that easy to find his location, then its clearly a trap.
Jarvis- Location found.
Tony- It's fine y/n. We'll go in and take him down.
Y/n- But it's a trap!
Charles- She has a point Stark.
You looked at Charles and he looked at you.
Tony- It doesn't matter. We'll go in as soon as possible so we can catch him off guard. We'll leave first thing in the morning.
Bruce- Alright. I'll go tell the others.
Bruce left and you crossed your arms. You're still upset that Tony won't listen to you.
Tony- Professor, we should probably get you back home now.
Charles- You know, I think I might stay just a little bit longer.
Tony- What for?
Charles- I just want to make sure that this issue gets resolved.
Tony- Professor I don't want to see you get hurt, especially with everything you have at stake in your universe.
Charles- Oh I won't fight unless things get really out of hand. I just want to make sure that everyone is okay.
Tony- Alright. It's your choice

That night Tony was in the lab. You walked in and saw Tony tinkering with his suit. He looked up and saw you.
Tony- What are you doing up so late?
Y/n- I was going to ask you the same thing.
Tony- I'm upgrading my suit for tomorrow. I need to fix the repulsor cuff.
You sat on a table a few feet away from Tony.
Y/n- So, the professor.
Tony- What about him?
Y/n- He's from another universe?
Tony- Yes. But don't tell anyone else.
Y/n- Then how would that all work, him being here and all?
Tony- Well a long time ago, he got stranded in this universe. I met him and together we built a machine that would allow us to travel between our universes so we could send him home. But he only comes once every few years to ensure that he doesn't get hurt in this universe and leave everything that he is apart of in his universe without him.
Y/n- Ah, gotcha. He seems kinda, what's the word, mysterious, I guess.
Tony- Well that makes sense. He's a telepath. They can be quite mysterious I guess.
Y/n- Wait. He's a what?
Tony- A telepath.
You sat there and didn't say another word. Your breath quickened as your thoughts raced. Tony looked up from his work.
Tony- You ok?
Y/n- Uhm y-yeah. I think I'm gonna retire for the night.
You hopped down from the table.
Tony- Oh, alright.
