The Letter

Part 34 - "she will be fine"

*Thursday*
Josephine's pov:
Hero has been called for a meeting which gives me time to go shopping, Mercy and Elif is coming with me. Luckily Vienna is at school, Emilia is in the meeting with Hero, it would be a little suspicious if she wasn't. Felix is picking up Chulu,Alex and Morg from the airport and then he's taking them to the Hotel, he currently is using Mercy's car as there wasn't anyone else's to use. Me, Effy and Mer arrive at the store, we need snacks, alcohol, balloons, tissues because I wouldn't be surprised if there was spillages. I hope it isn't on my couch as it's a light grey. If someone does spill anything on anything they will pay for a new one if it can't be fixed. I have pride in my home and all that's in it. I know I'm being judged on that. I grab a shopping cart as does Elif, mercy helps put things in both of the carts. As time goes on we get everything we need and head back to my house. We stash everything away in the back of the pan-tree.
"So what's the plan for tomorrow" mercy asks,
"I will take him for a small meal before and then you guys can get everything ready while we are there. Oh and while we are on our way to the restaurant I will take Vienna to Emilia's sisters bourse which is like 10 minutes from the restaurant anyway" I say, finally taking a breath after I finish my statement.
"Ok that's sound good, will everyone be here?" Elif asks.
"Yes tell everyone to come about 7:30-8pm" I say
"We will be leaving here about 7pm, then we will be back about 8:30 ish" I continue.
"Ok" says Elif
"That's great, we will make sure everything is set" mercy says.

*Friday...*
Hero's pov:
Today is my birthday, me and jo are going for a meal to celebrate, Vienna is going to Emilia's sisters and then we have a night to ourselves. It's now 6:50pm, Jo is upstairs with Vienna finishing getting ready, I go up to them.
"Hey girls" I say with a smile.
"Hey love" jo speaks up as Vienna smiles at me.
We finish up getting ready and we set off to leave,
"Bye Elif, bye Felix" we both say to them and leave.

Josephine's pov:
I nod at Elif as we leave hoping Hero doesn't notice. I never usually nod unless something is happening, so if hero saw that would be game over. We drive to Emilia's sisters house, drop Vienna off with her over night bag. We tell her bye and that we love her, I do shed a tear as it is her first night away from home.
"It's ok Josephine, she will be fine" hero kisses my forehead.
"I know, it's still her first night Hero" I say a little sad. "Anyway let's just enjoy this meal and your birthday" I smile. He nods, and we get back into the car. Once we arrive at the place we get seated at a table with beautiful decoration.
"Happy Birthday Love" I say leaning over the table placing a small kiss on his lips and sitting back down.
