*Cassandras pov*

I woke up the next morning I grabbed my phone off the night stand and looked at the time "11:30" it was earlier than I normally got up I thought to myself I got up and walked down the stairs and saw my dad and Uncle Sam in the kitchen.

"morning Cassie" dad said paying attention to the eggs he was cooking "morning dad" I said sitting down at the table " hey Sammy" I said sitting next to Sam smiling "hey Cass" he said smiling at me and then looking back down at his computer I pulled my phone out and began scrolling through my social media.

I then got a text from my best friend Maria I looked at it " 𝙸'𝚖 𝚐𝚎𝚝𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚊 𝚗𝚘𝚜𝚎 𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚐𝚒𝚛𝚕𝚢" I looked at it and smiled my dad walked over and placed my breakfast down on the table " whatcha smiling at?" Dad said in a sing song voice " Maria texted something" I said taking a bite of my eggs I then thought about her text I wanted a nose ring I'd try and convince my dad to get me one later I thought as I finished my breakfast and headed back upstairs.

I went to my room and called Maria " 𝚑𝚎𝚢 𝚐𝚒𝚛𝚕 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝'𝚜 𝚞𝚙?" Maria said through the phone " are you really getting your nose pierced?"  I asked enthusiastically "𝚢𝚎𝚜 𝙸 𝚊𝚖 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚝𝚘𝚘" Maria said " ha I'd have to ask my dad first ofc" I said laughing "𝚠𝚎𝚕𝚕 𝚍𝚞𝚑 𝙸'𝚖 𝚜𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚑𝚎'𝚍 𝚜𝚊𝚢 𝚢𝚎𝚊 𝚠𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚐𝚘 𝚝𝚘𝚐𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛" Maria said exciting me " yea I probably could I'll talk to him later and get back to you" I said " 𝚘𝚔 𝚐𝚒𝚛𝚕 𝚕𝚎𝚝 𝚖𝚎 𝚔𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝚑𝚘𝚠 𝚒𝚝 𝚐𝚘𝚎𝚜 𝚋𝚢𝚎" Maria said and hung up the phone I'd wait till dinner tonight to ask dad.

I turned my TV on and watched some movies " Cass lunch is ready" my dad yelled I paused my movie and came downstairs I sat down at the table and my dad passed me chicken nuggets and fries " ooh my fav" I said smiling " ofc kiddo" dad said kissing the side of my head and walking back into the kitchen I smiled and ate my food and went back upstairs to continue my movie I unpaused it and continued till I finished it.

My phone dinged "𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚊𝚜𝚔𝚎𝚍 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚍𝚊𝚍 𝚢𝚎𝚝" Maria had asked " no imma wait till dinner or after" I replied she sent back an simple okay and then I took a nap I was woken up by yelling " Cassie dinners ready I ordered pizza" my dad ran and then I hopped outta bed and ran downstairs " hey bug you just wake up" he asked chuckling at my messy hair " yea" I said grabbing a plate to get my pizza I grabbed my pizza and sat down my dad sat down after me.

" hey dad" I said looking at my dad " yea Cass?" He asked looking at me " can I talk to you after dinner" I asked " ofc kiddo" he said smiling I couldn't wait i was sure he'd say yes we finished up with our pizza and went to the living room to sit down " alright what you wanna talk about?" My dad asked concerned.

" ok so Maria is getting a nose ring and I was wondering if I could possibly—" I was then cut off " get one?" My dad asked " yea" I said happily thinking he'd say yes " um yea no" my dad said making me mad "what?" I asked irritated my dad didn't answer just looked at me " dad why can't I get a nose piercing it's not that big of a deal" I said with a tone.

" because I said so Cassie and that's my final answer" he said in a dad voice " because I said so" in a mocking tone " gosh that's every basic response like parents these days can't give a valid reason" I said smiling but my smile faded as soon as I looked up and saw my dads face booming with anger crap I thought.

"CASSANDRA DEANNA WINCHESTER DONT YOU EVER TALK TO ME LIKE THAT AGAIN I AM YOUR FATHER IF I SAY NO I MEAN NO" he yelled "Now go to your room" he said in a harsh tone but not yelling " but dad—" I said "GO NOW CASSIE" he yelled I ran off crying I hated being yelled at I couldn't stand it " you're the worst father ever!" I yelled and slammed the door I jumped on my bed and cried why'd I say that I didn't mean that my dad was the best father

" dean you didn't have to yell at her like that yk?"  Sam said " I know she said Im the worst father ever she's probably right" dean replied " dean she was mad she didn't mean it go talk to her" Sam said and then dean walked upstairs.

I heard a knock on the door " Cass bug can I come in" my dad said I didn't answer I heard the door open and felt my bed dip when dad sat on it I was hiding my face in my pillow " Cass baby can we talk" dad asked rubbing my back I sat up with my tear stained eyes and dad pulled me into his lap I buried my face into his chest.

" I'm sorry daddy I didn't mean any of that stuff I promise you're the best dad ever I mean you stayed when mom left and you took really good care of me and I don't deserve you" I said crying into my dads chest " Cass sweetheart I know you didn't mean that stuff honey and you do deserve me honey don't ever say that okay I love you so much" he said hugging me " I love you too" I mumbled into his chest he then kissed my head and rocked me back and forth I fell asleep in his arms.
