I slowly opened the glass door, walked in like a zombie, not minding the concern expression in Eve's face when she laid her eyes on me. I'm thankful that there's no one inside the store right now or i might run out in humiliation once they see my messed up state.

"What happened to you?" She asked while I flopped myself on one of the benches, staring at the ceiling like a dumbass.

"Eonni, do you really believed in soulmate?" When I asked, she was taken aback at my sudden question. She once talk to me about Soulmate thingy that I never bother believing not until.. Him appeared in my life like a lightning.

"Uhh.. Why are you suddenly asking about.. Soulmate? Out of all you can ask, that's your question.. Are you interested?" She took a seat in front of me after she asked.

"I haven't tell you this, there was time when I was in library, an ahjumma was struggling to get a book so I reach it instead and give it to her- anyway, my eyes look at what she's reading and its a.. Same title as yours but, it add a Magic. Soulmate Magic. I was curious how she was interested in that book and take my chance to question her if she believe it and.." I rambled and unsure if I still continue. I glance at Eve to see her nodding, eager to let me continue which I did.

"It also happened to her.." Eve being the most biggest fan of Soulmate, she start smiling ear to ear, unstoppably nodding her head, saying to me to continue. I was just looking at her with WTF look but continued.

I tell her what ahjumma tell me as I can really tell how Eve is liking the story, not as the same time when she heard the 'sacrifice' word I said.

"And yeah.." Eve was staring at me like some creep and it made me confused.

"What?"

What I didn't expect the most is that she quickly stand up and shake the hell out of me, yelling.

"SO YOU FOUND YOUR SOULMATE?! IS THIS WHY YOUR ASKING ME IF SOULMATE'S REAL?! WHO IS IT?! IS HE HANDSOME?! IS HE SAME AS AGE AS YOU?! IS HE-"

"Okay shut up for a minute!! My eardrums.." I winced in pain, trying to let my hearing back to normal, thanks to Eve's yelling the hell out of my ears.

"Okay sorry sorry but who is it?!!" She was very impatient that she start thumping her feet, her habit when she can't wait any longer.

"Did I even say I find my so called soulmate? I just asked you and you here, imagining.." She pouted and went back sitting infront of me. I can clearly see how my words ruined her little happy moments and I was happy to do that, saving my ear from her loud mouth like Ruby.
