chapter 6 - a sudden reunion

"What are you doing here?" Aia, my older sister, asked.

"We're just here to visit them, you know." Our younger brother, Hiroki, said.

There was a sudden silence between us. We haven't met in — I don't know — maybe 4 years?

Minutes pass, and the silence hasn't left. Then, suddenly our other brother broke the silence.

"Well.. Where have you both been? We thought you were gone — like for forever." Hiroyuki asked, our brother (Hiroki) had an upset face next to Hiroyuki.

The silence entered again.

"HE SAID "WHERE WERE YOU"?!" Hiroki yelled.

"How about we talk somewhere else, somewhere more private?" My sister said with a smile on her face, why was she smiling at a time like this?

"Fine. But, you better give us answers." Hiroki insisted.

We arrived at the apartment.

The twins look around the apartment, just standing and staring.

"Well tell us, where were you guys?" Hiroki-kun asked with an upset face.

"Should I tell them, or you do?" I asked Aia. She's probably just going to ask me to say it, so instead of her getting all the blame I would instead.

"Can you help say it?"she answered while slowly walking away to our shared room, "Thanks!"

"Can you be quick with it?" I can see the room getting darker, but it's probably because of the coffee I drank.

"Okay, okay. Aia asked me to run away with her to become villains so we can stay alive and we didn't bring you both because for some reason Aia said it was a bad idea yadayada, we got money from her rich friend — their name is Noriko — and boom now we're here." I answer with a full one sentence.

"Wow, that's a lot to process.." Hiroyuki said staring at the ground. They probably couldn't believe us, like who would leave their sibling for their own selfish reasons? Oh, I know! Aia Shiso.

"Well, can we at least stay here with you now?" Hiroyuki asked breaking the silence yet again, "We kind of ran away from our foster home." 

"I guess so, if you can handle all the shit happening here." I answered.

"Sweet, where do we sleep?" Hiroki asked me.

"I don't know, just set your living space wherever you want. We don't really care." I said.

A few moments later.

I forgot how it was like to live with more than one person, there is literally havoc everywhere. There are bags of finished chips and candy wrappers all over the floor, some pillows were on the ground and I can see the twins have made the small living room their home.

"Guys, you do know this apartment has the worst wifi you've ever used, right?" I asked.

"Dude, you should've checked out our last home's wifi — Sucked a ton." Hiroki said while playing a game called 'Minecraft'. 

Our electricity bills will definitely get higher, but I guess we'll adapt.
