Charlie's POV
I move to take my clothes off and I lay in Adams bed cause I just need his comfort right now. He's talking to the guys and I'm planning to hear yelling in a minute. I listen to all the knocking that Adams doing and I hear all the doors open. I sigh, breathing his scent in, and Adam is sorting everything out. Adam says "what the fuck is wrong with all of you?! You're glad I'm not ripping your fucking skulls out from your fucking heads! You're going to kill your Captain before we even play each other! I didn't know you all could be so petty, godamn!" Luis says "what the hell did we do?" Adam says "stop being petty bitches and pull yourself together. I know you think I'm a traitor and you hate me for things I can't control but you need to be civil. Chill out before you actually rip your team apart. Any objections?" There's just silence and Adam quietly says "thought so." Fulton says "wait, Adam, I'm sorry. I shouldn't be acting like this. Charlie was trying to tell us that he wants us to get along but we didn't listen." I hear Adam say "it's ok, now you can try to reason because I'm going to bed" and I smile as Adam walks in. He shuts the door and just lays on top of me, kissing me slowly. I smile saying "I think you did it" and he rests his head on my chest, his chest pressed against mine. I sigh saying "thank you" quietly and he mumbles "you're welcome, baby" and we cuddle for a bit. Adam mumbles "go to sleep, baby" laying next to me and I curl into his side, falling asleep.
The next day
I wake up to Adam not next to me making me feel just cold. I look over and he's asleep. I smile, sighing, and I get up. I shake Adam awake and he mumbles "hm?" I say "I have practice" yawning and he says "ok, baby" and I kiss him mumbling "what are you doing today?" He mumbles "sleeping until you get back" hugging his pillow and I rub his back, mumbling "I'll be back in a couple hours." I get dressed and I say "bye, Adam" and he mumbles "bye, baby." I leave, sighing, and I go to the rink. I put my skates on and my gear as all the guys talk around me. I skate around and I just warm up before practice. Goldberg saying "Banks ripped us a new one last night. I thought he was going to kill us." I say "that's Banks" looking at Goldberg and Fulton says "why didn't you stop him? I thought I was going to cry" and I say "ironic" quietly. Me having like three panic attacks last night to Adam before he went to yell at them. Coach Orion has laid off of us today, so practice isn't too bad so far. When we finish practice, we go back to the dorms, and Adam stands in our doorway. No shirt. I look at him, check him out, and he smirks. I sigh saying "am I glad to see you" quietly and Fulton says "sup, Adam" dabbing him up. Connie smiles at him and Adam mumbles "wanna go in?" I mumble "yes please" and we go in and he says "tired?" I nod, wrapping my arms around his neck. I kiss his cheek and he smiles, mumbling "how was it?" I say "Orion laid off us, so it was alright" him pecking my lips. He mumbles "that's good" smiling. I mumble "I want more than that" against his lips and he rests his hands on my hips. I rest my hand on his chest and my other on his arm. He gently pushes me against the door and he mumbles "you are beautiful." I mumble "you make me smile" making him smile. I feel his soft lips against mine and his warm skin against mine. He pulls me to his bed and sits down, pulling me down with him. I smile and I mumble "what are you doing later?" Adam says "you" and I blush saying "shut up" laughing. I hit my head on his chest just giggling and he hugs me tightly, smiling against my head. Adam says "but you didn't disagree" and I laugh. I smile, kissing him, and I say "Adam, I need a nap." He says "should we all order food and eat together as a team?" I say "that sounds nice" him hugging me tightly. He mumbles "what do you want for food?" I say "whatever you want" quietly and he smiles saying "I'll go talk to everyone." Adam kisses my forehead and leaves the room. I smile, pulling my homework stuff out, and I start doing my homework. Adam comes back a little while later saying "they went for it" smiling and I smile, kissing him softly. I say "I want to thank you" and he says "for what, baby?" I stare into his sky blue eyes saying "for everything you've done for me" and he stares back. He makes chills run up my spine but heat spreads all through my body as Adam stares into my eyes. Adam mumbles "come here" hugging me tighter and he just whispers sweet nothings into my ear. I smile mumbling "what do we want to do?" He mumbles "I don't know" and I mumble "you do know, I hear it in your voice." We both giggle and he says "I wanna kiss you more." I smile saying "I know" pushing him onto my bed. I move to the side of the bed and he mumbles "come here." I straddle his thighs and he rests his hands on my hips as I lean down to kiss him. He rubs my back slowly and I say "that's gonna make me fall asleep." He mumbles "then fall asleep" against my neck and I mumble "maybe I will" and Adam mumbles "than I'm sleeping too" making me giggle slightly.
