Royal timing

Y/n POV

I stumbled down the prime path kinda forgetting where I was. I saw a small building, and I started walking over there untill I heard crying.

I stopped and looked around for any signs of human life and saw the small pink haired girl on her knees hovering over a body. Eret's body.

She looked up at me and I could tell she had been sobbing for a while.

"W-who would do this to him!" Niki sobbed her tone shaking at the end.

"O-oh Niki I- I can't believe anyone would do such I thing!" I said kneeling beside her covering my mouth with two shaky hands.

She leaned over falling into my shoulder sobbing her little heart out. I felt a pang of guilt tug at my heart and then I realized I could just blame it on someone else. But, I would need a good alibi.

"W-what happened to you y/n? You look awful- Come with me l-lets take him to my house and then I'll get you some clean clothes." Niki said softly. I found it odd that she so suddenly turned her attention to me and no longer focused on Eret.

"Alright. I'll carry him since I'm already uh," I cleared my throat. "messy."

I picked him up and avoided contact with his lifeless face. That is what I didn't want to see.

We made it to her new cottage and she quickly made a spot on a new bed for him and we together patched him up. She then walked me to her room.

"There is some clothes in there if you'd like to try them." Niki muttered.

"Yeah sure i-" I was interrupted by a knock on the door. I tensed. Surely Dream hadn't already come looking for me? Right?

"I'll go get it. You stay here y/n." Niki said softly grabbed the railing of her stair case making her way down.

I heard a couple of muttered voices. And decided to ditch Niki's clothes and peek downstairs.

I saw Techno.
TECHNO!

I stumbled down the stairs and jumped onto him shoving past Niki.

"Y/n-" He said wrapping his arms firmly around my back.

"I missed you so fucking much-"

I felt it was right to post this, it was going to be the next chapter and made me cry because of the coincidence that this chapter was about y/n seeing him again. Any, bye loves hopefully see you guys visiting my other stories, stay safe and make sure to take care. Love you all.

(Also, I made this before the news about him, that's why I thought it was odd.)
