A few Weeks later
Spencer stood outside in the street as he looked at the town hall, His hand fiddled with the strap of his bag as he licked his lips before he looked to see before the hall, it held a sign reading the addiction anonymous group for the emergency services. He looked around the street before walking in.
Spencer walked in to see many different people around the hall, again either in uniform or everyday clothes. Spencer brown eyes scanned the room, the dark bags under his eyes highlighting his face. His eyes stopped on the brunette sat down reading a book, he slightly smiled at her. She wore blue scrubs as her hair was tied up and the same dark bags rested under her eyes before he walked over.
"Persuasion by Jane Austen. A classic" Spencer said as he sat down in the seat beside her while she looked up with a smile "Did you know that Persuasion was the last novel Jane finished and was inspired by her two sailor brothers."
"No, I didn't, that's so interesting" She smiled before placing a her bookmark in her book and closing the book before she turned her whole body to face Spencer with a smile "It's one of my favourite books, One of the first I read actually" She finished.
"It is a very good book" Spencer mumbled as he looked around the room, avoiding her gaze while she simple looked at him, she took note of the bags under his eyes before she sighed to herself.
"Long day at work?" Eleanor asked while Spencer looked at her with wide eyes before she chuckled "You're not the only one who notices things about people" She smiled before pointing to her eyes "I know what a long night at work looks like" she finished.
"Yeah, it never gets any easier" Spencer stated before he looked down towards his hands while Eleanor simple frowned before she smiled and tapped his hands causing his to stiffen.
"Tell me about yourself Dr spencer Reid" She smiled while Spencer looked at her and simple chuckled to himself at her vague question.
"Like what?" He asked while she simple smiled and tilted her head and looked towards him with a wide smile showing her teeth.
"Well, we have..." Eleanor began as she looked down at her watch on her wrist "5 minutes before the meeting starts so tell me whatever you can" She smiled softly while Spencer smiled back.
"So, you're telling me you have an eidetic Memory? and you graduated high school at 12?" Eleanor asked with a smile as they walked out the hall, she smiled to herself looking at him "You probably get told this a lot, but you must be a genius."
"Yeah, I get told that quite a lot" He smirked before Eleanor laughed at his joke while he simple smiled at her laughter.
"Wow Dr Reid, you sure are impressive" She smiled up at him as he blushed at the compliment but smiled nevertheless as the two stood there outside the town hall, the wind blowing both their hairs.
