Shelly's pov 2weeks later It is a week since Dee got out of the hospital. When we told her that Adrian was dead, she laughed and since then she has been behaving as if crazy. Sometimes you would find her talking to herself and even laughing. The teddy bear that Adrian had gotten her is what she always carried around. She had even forgotten about her children and that is what hurt the most. Roman had tried to see her but dad has never allowed. Right now she is in the garden playing with sand. Dj and AJ were playing with her because these were the only time they get to spend with their mother. Today mom and dad are not in and Trin, Roman, Jey and Jimmy went out of town for work. I am the only one here with the nanny and the kids with Dee. I heard a knock on the door and told the nanny to get it. And guess what,it was Roman. "What are you doing here?"I asked him." Please Shelly, I just want to see Dee even just for five minutes."he begged. I thought hard and finally decided to let him in. I led him in and showed him where they were. The kids came running and hugged their dad. I saw Roman greeting Dee but she just looked at him like a stranger. He took candy from his pocket and handed it to her that's when she accepted and smiled . He also handed candy to AJ and DJ before sitting down with them. He started playing with them and I could see my sister genuinely happy for the first time. After some fifteen minutes Ro decided to leave and promised to come back.
1month later I have been helping Roman to see Dee and his children but today something went wrong . We were at my house when Dee was coming downstairs with her teddy bear but it fell down the stairs and started rolling down. I was waiting for her down the stairs when she started screaming and holding her head. Roman came running and climbed the stairs and reached her in time before she could faint. He quickly rushed her to the couch while I brought a bowl with water and he started performing first aid on her. I was so worried and confused at the same time I called Trin and explained to her hurriedly she told me to calm down and said she would be here. 20mins later she started waking up. "My baby," was the first thing she said holding her stomach. We all stood there shocked as the door opened and our parents came in followed by Trin. "Where's my baby??"she asked looking at Roman. When he couldn't answer she looked at the rest of us and no one had the courage to answer her. " Am sorry baby.." mom started but Dee stood up from the chair and started hitting Roman shouting "you killed my baby, you killed my baby..I hate you" she screamed and ran upstairs. I saw Roman crying before he left the house. Everybody stood there not knowing what to do. Suddenly I heard water tripping down my leg. I called Jey and showed him the water he told the others and Trin Jey and mom came with us while dad stayed with Dee.
Dee's pov I couldn't believe I lost my son because of that man and his girlfriend. I sat in the corner of the room crying my eyes out when a knock came in."it's daddy open up,"I heard daddy begging and I went to open when he said he was alone. I immediately hugged him as I cried not being able to control my tears." Why me daddy," I asked him as he just hugged me back. "Where is DJ and AJ?"I asked him. He smiled and asked me to wipe my tears and follow him. We went to another room where I found my babies sleeping. I went and kissed their foreheads before closing the door and found dad in the sitting room. He patted a space on the couch and asked me to sit down and I did leaning on his shoulder." You do know accidents happen and we never have control over them, right dear?" He asked and I nodded agreeing with him." And you also know that Joe never intended to let you fall down those stairs killing his baby?"he asked and I stayed silent. "Baby we are all human beings and we make mistakes and I also know that Joe doesn't deserve your forgiveness but please dear don't call him a murderer especially in front of people. Just imagine yourself in his shoes hunny how would you feel?"he asked as I wiped a stray tear from my face. I stood up and went into Shelly's room and picked a suit and a pair of heels and went to the guest room. I took a shower and got dressed and decided to visit my company .

I kissed my dad and told him I would be back. When I reached my office many were surprised to see me. Amanda was very happy to see me. That day I caught on the job and later in the evening went to visit Shelly and her new born in the hospital and guess who I met their. If you guessed Roman you are wrong. I met Jason. We hugged and started talking as we admired the beautiful baby in Jason's hand. After some minutes there was a knock and in came Roman and Jey... just great!!
