part 28

I month later
Dee's pov
Roman and I have been in good terms because of our children. I missed my period so I decided to buy pregnancy test kit and it turns out I am pregnant again. I don't know how to tell Roman all these so I decided to place the three test kits that came out positive in my bed side  drawer that was three days ago. Roman had picked up the kids and they had gone out. I had remained back to finish my work.
I heard the door bell ringing and I went to get it to find Roman and the kids already back. I welcomed him in and he sat the kids down on the couch."where can I get the phone charger?"he asked. "In my bed side drawer," I replied. He said thank you before leaving for my bedroom. After a minute I realized where I had just sent him. I stood up and ran to my bedroom only to find him with the kits in his hands."when were you planning on telling me?"he asked."hummm...."I tried to speak but no words came out."or were you planning on running away like the last time??,"he asked and I got angry."fuck you,I didn't know how to tell you because I was afraid of being rejected again, and besides you are having a baby with summer so mine won't really matter."I said to him as tears streamed down my cheek."I am sorry,"  he said hugging me. "Can I touch your stomach?"he asked pleadingly and I nodded. He knelt down and placed his hand on my stomach and said to it as if speaking to my baby."hello in there,I promise to take care of you and your mommy. I promise I won't leave your side baby."he said and kissed my stomach."Babe, never think that just because I am having a baby with summer  means I won't be responsible for you guys. You four are the most important people in my life with jojo and my parents. . I made a mistake last time and I won't repeat it again.,"he said and kissed me. We decided to call for dinner the following day and invite those close to us and tell them the news.
That evening he helped me put the twins in bed before he left to go see Jojo.

4months later
So it has been 5 months since I got pregnant and Summer was two months ahead of me. For the past 3weeks Ro has been acting weirdly and I decided to follow him to know what's wrong with him. I called  Amanda and she came and we followed Roman's car in Amanda's because he would recognize mine. We followed him at a safe distance and we saw him going to Summer's house. He knocked and Summer came  opened the door and they started kissing each other and Summer pulled him inside. I couldn't believe my eyes and I decided to go in myself. Amanda tried to stop me but I told her to wait for me in the car. I went to the door and luckily they didn't lock it. I opened the door and heard noises coming  from the bedroom upstairs. I slowly made my way to the room and I found Roman at the edge of the bed eating Summer out."Ro....,"I silently called his name and he looked at me like a lost puppy. He tried to reach me but I moved back and started walking towards the stairs while I was near the stairs, he held my hand and I using all the strength in me to pull my hand. It looked like a tag of war. I screamed for him to let go of my hand and when he did, I stumbled and fell. I started rolling down the stairs and I heard Roman shouting my name. By the time I reached down stairs I fell on Amanda's feet. " My baby,"is all I said rubbing my stomach said  before everything went dark..

Roman's pov
Being caught by Dee is the worst that could happen. And when I saw her rolling down those stairs my heart stopped. And the look that she gave me killed me. Amanda was there and I could tell she hated me now even more. I ran downstairs to where they were and Dee was bleeding from the nose and head and blood was also coming from between her legs. I carried her and when we reached the door, Summer screamed saying her water broke. I was so confused that I didn't know what to do. Amanda looked at me waiting for my next action. I carried her to Amanda's car and told her to drive to the hospital and I was going to follow them. "Seriously?" Amanda asked pissed. "You think I didn't see what you did and that you are the reason she is in this state?" She said. " Not now please, just do as I say," I told her and ran back into the house as she sped off. I took Summer's baby bag and carried her to my car.

At the hospital
The moment I arrived at the hospital, I saw Trinity and her mom who was now crying coming out of the car. "Seriously, my daughter is in there fighting for her life and you are here with this woman, I can't believe you," she said and hurriedly walked inside while the nurses came and helped me with Summer. I followed until she was safely in the delivery room. I wanted to leave but she begged me to stay and I hesitantly did. After 3 hrs of labor, she gave birth to a baby girl. I thought she would be placed in an incubator but was told for a girl it was fine. When Summer fell asleep,I decided to go and check on Dee. I found Kelly had already flown here. Shelly too who was 2months pregnant was here with Jey.  Her father was here too and Amanda who was sleeping on Shelly's mom's lap asleep.
"How is she doing,"I asked no one in particular. They all looked at me with hatred in their eyes except for Jey whose emotions couldn't be read. Her mom stood up and gave me a hot slap. Her dad came and hugged her from behind. While Trinity came and took her away. Her dad faced me and said" as a father I am requesting you to stay away from my daughter, she has undergone so much since she got together with you. " he said with pleading eyes." But I love her," I said crying." If you really love her, you will stay away from her." He said walking away. Jey stood up and held me by the arm pulling me in the elevator that I had come in and closed it."I don't know how you will get out of this one," he said playing with his beards as if thinking. " I didn't mean to, Summer threatened to leave with my baby if I didn't satisfy her sexually or visit her. I had no choice man and I never wanted her to fall down those stairs." I said sliding down the elevator." How is she doing?" I asked. " The doctor said that she was lucky to have survived the fall but...."he slurred. "What?"I asked standing up. " She might has lost her baby and might suffer a  memory loss or worse due to the injury on her head. Kelly was in with her with some doctors finishing up the tests to ensure everything is fine with her after the operation she underwent." And I think you should stay away from her for now," he said lowly. I just nodded as tears streamed down my face. " How is Summer?"he asked and I told him. I went back to Summers room and found her sleeping. I also slept on the couch beside her.
