It's been a long day. Acting is so stressful. Part of why I wasn't interested in it in the first place. I thought Coming out of My bathroom. I still haven't Called Mr Mr miller. I said and quickly dialed his number. Good Evening, Mr Miller. I said. Good evening. Nathan said. I'm Sorry for calling this an an inappropriate time but I just wanted to thank you for getting back on the Movie Set. I said. Yeah. But thank you isn't going to satisfy me. Nathan Said. Ohh... I... I promise to Impress you on this Movie since your condition was I take part in the Movie. I said. Let's have Dinner together. Nathan said. Pardon? I said. I mean Clara misses you and since you are thankful then you should consider having dinner with us tomorrow. Nathan Said. Umm... Is it Appropriate to have dinner with my Boss. I mean what if I'm spotted. I'm an upcoming Artiste and even without proof, People are already Gossiping that I slept with Rich Men to get to where I am. What if I'm Spotted with you? *** I must have have slept off yesterday. I said when my Alarm woke me up. I'll skip jogging today again because I need to be on set on time today. An hour later I was already on set and just like every normal day on set, I only had two scene today and I left after I was done. When I got home, I dialed Sam's Number and told her everything from last night. This Man Certainly likes you. He just uses his Daughter as an opportunity to get close to you. Sam Said. Maybe he doesn't. I said. I'm not going to argue with you because you are always Dumb when it comes to stuffs like this. So what are you going to wear to the Dinner? Sam asked. I went in the bathroom for a quick Shower and wore the Purple dress with my a matching pendant. I wore my heels, packed my hair in a Bun, applied little Make up and I was good to go. I picked up my purse, put my phone inside it and left. Thirty minutes Later, I was at the front of the Miller's Mansion. I pressed the Front Bell and the gateman who already recognized me opened the Gate for me. Good evening Madam. He greeted. Good evening Samson. I said and walked straight to the house which is a little far from the gate. I pressed the bell and the Butler welcomed me in. He quickly invited me to the dining room which was filled with varieties of food. Garlic Shrimp, grilled lobster with cheese, buttered Scallops, beef Wellington, chicken Noddle soup , chocolate truffle tarts, apple crumble pie, blue berry cheese cake, pecan pie, mascarpone brownies, mashed potato, corn, rib eye steak with different flavored ice cream. Wow, who made all of this? I asked. The Boss made it himself. He would even let us help The butler said. Wow, so aside working he also had other interests. I thought and just then he came in with Clara looking dressed. When Little Pumpkin spotted me, she ran to hug me. O my Pumpkin. How are you? I asked and she Nodded. I hope you haven't caused daddy any trouble.? She nodded in rejection. I miss you. I said and kissed her on the cheeks. You look Beautiful. Nathan said. Thank you. I answered. And we prayed over the Dinner and started eating. Wow, this is Delicious. I said. Well I won't say I told you. Nathan Said. So this CEO has other interests aside work? I asked. Well as a Bachelor, I had to learn how to. Nathan Said. But you have hired cooks. Why did you have to ? I asked. Well, I hired them when Clara was Born. I had to so she wouldn't die of hunger. Before then I wake up early, make scrambled eggs and black tea and eat it with a slice or two and come back to make food but mostly order take out. He said. Wow!!! I wonder what Rich People work for if they can't even eat with the Money they Make. I said. There is no time, you know in Business, Time is Money. He Said. And you don't know your Health is Important. I mean to be able to work, you have to be Healthy. I said. I'll take note of that. He said. So how is the Set? How does it feel like to act? He asked. Nothing Special. I wouldn't have gone into acting if not for my Manager. It's exhausting but I must say interesting too but what's so frustrating is when I have to repeat a line over and over again and More frustrating when it's the other person's mistake that make us retake the scene over and over again. Why Act when you don't know how to? I said. Fame, Popularity,Money and other Stuff. Unlike Modeling, Acting never fades because you get to try out new roles. Nathan Said. Yeah, that was why my Manager thinks it's best to Venture into acting. Well, it' s interesting getting to meet new people and all that. I said. I know you would do just great. He said. I hope. I said. We Ate and talked about stuffs and I must say this rumored, Cold CEO is really fun to be with. I'll help with the Dishes. I said after we were done with Eating. No, it's fine and I bet Clara is angry you didn't talk to her during meals. Nathan. Little Pumpkin what do you want to do? Let's have some fun before Aunt Lisa leaves. I said. Scrabble, she wrote on her writing tab. You want to play scrabble ? I asked and she nodded. The Butler brought out the Scrabble and we started played. Wow, little Pumpkin I didn't know you are this good. I said and she Smiled. After rounds of Scrabble, Chess, she slept off. I carried her to her room, changed her dress and laid her to Sleep. Good night. I said and kissed her forehead. You guys are adorable. Nathan Commented. I didn't know you were there. I said. It's late, let me drive you home. There's is no need, besides I brought my Car. I said. Are you Sure? Its late outside. He said. I'll be fine. I said. Well I insist. He said and took my Car Key. Let's go. He said. He drove me back home. Thank you. I said when we came down. So how are you going to get home? I asked. Well, i will. I already ordered a late night Uber. It should be here soon. He said. You can come in till your ride gets here. I said and we both went upstairs. Have a seat, would you mind a cup of tea? I asked. Water is fine. He said and I went in to bring water for him. Thank you, he said after I gave him the cup. We remained in Silence till he got a call that his ride was outside. I'll accompany you down. I said. You look tired. You should stay in. Bye. He said and left.
