Hey!!!!! It's NightcoreGinger and I'm back with another chapter. This one is going to be a bit different, I wanted this one to be sweet. Also, I wanted to try to use a different type of viewpoint. It is officially my summer vacation, so I plan to write more. I am sorry again for not updating for a while. Anyways if you want me to do a special request I'll try to make it. Happy summer!!!!
Also, in this story, you know some medical training along with med ninjutsu. And I didn't follow the whole storyline from naruto. And for later on in the story you live in a studio-like house, so everything is in one space beside the bathroom.
(y/f/d)= your favorite drink.

Reader's POV
It was a clear summer day and the breeze was softly blowing against your skin. It had rained the night before, giving the air a fresher smell. You were gathering herbs in the forest to restock your supply when you sensed a presence behind you. You lived 10 miles away from the nearest village, so rarely do you get any visitors. When you did come across people they never stayed long. You heard a loud thump on the ground. You turned to see a man lying on the ground. You stared at him for a moment before realizing that you couldn't leave him there lying on the ground, he look severely injured. The only issue was he was bigger and heavier than he looks. The only option you could think of was using his cloak to pull him to your small house.
As you were pulling him toward the house, you heard him mumbling something in his sleep, but it was unintelligible. As you got closer to the house your arms started to give out. When you entered the house you pulled him on your cot. When you got him onto the bed you started to pull off his shirt, so you could dress his wounds. As you examined him, he had four large gashes on his stomach and various smaller ones surrounding it. You had started to pull down his pants to examine his legs. They were covered in bruises and small cuts. As you started with his torso and stitching those wounds first. You felt his breathing become more ragged. As you finished stitching those wounds, you applied more alcohol to the surrounding areas and the smaller wounds.
When you finished that you did the same thing to his legs. His right ankle was swollen and purple, so you applied some medical ninjutsu so it would heal faster. As you were wrapping his ankle you felt him pull back his leg and grab a hold of your harm tightly. "What are you doing," he asked with a raspy voice. "I'm healing and dressing your wounds idiot. And if you keep moving then you'll rip out your stitches and I'm going to redo them" you scolded him as you pulled your arm away. He stared at you for a moment before letting you finish your work.
"Now, since I'm done, I want you to rest and not move from this bed." He nodded his head slowly before opening his mouth "Why?" You replied hesitantly "Why what?" "Why did you help me, I was supposed to die" You looked at him before turning your head towards the small kitchen area that was connected to the same area to make him some soup and warm tea.
Itachi's POV
I watched as she went to work on making something in the kitchen. I wasn't threatened by her and she didn't seem to recognize me at all. I started to look at my dressings and notice how she took the time to dress and clean every wound. She doesn't where any headband of any kind, and there seems to be no evidence that she is associated with any village. This woman puzzles me, she took a stranger into her home with no thought of any negative consequence that may happen.
She started making some tea, with herbs I didn't recognize. As she turned towards me she had a tray with her. "Here, you need to eat this, it will help the healing process," she said handing me the tray as I sat up some. The soup was delicious, but right now I want some Dango. As I ate the soup, she put a cup of tea on the bedstand next to me. "When you finish eating I want you to drink this, it will help prevent infection and bring down the swelling" she ordered me. I nodded my heading agreement as she quickly turned away to enter a door to what I assume is the bathroom.
