A Shrek and will Byers story

Chapter 1

Shrek is tired of living in the swamp,so he decides to move to a small town in Indiana.When he gets there he buys a nice big house suitable for him,Fiona and there three kids.

One day about a week after he moves there he is walking around his yard,still lonely having made no new friends.Then he spots a child with a bowl cut.He walks over to him and says "hey, you kid get off my swamp", he immediately notices he no longer lives in a swamp, and looks around in embarrassment wondering if the boy with the bowl cut heard his mishap,he seemed to have noticed so he approaches him to explain himself. "Hi, my name is Shrek I just moved here from a swamp with lots of bad intruders that's why I told you to get out of my swamp.I realize that this is not a swamp"he says in his thick Shreky accent.

The short bowl cut boy responds "hi my name is Will I've never lived in a swamp.How was it?".

Shrek replies saying "it was terrible I was always being discriminated against because I am a big scary ogre".

Will says that Shrek isn't scary and that he knows how he feels because he is always being bullied.

Shrek says "I'm sorry about your bullying but have you ever been stormed out of your house by hundreds of men with pitchforks?".Will walks away and Shrek notices that he is starting to cry and so he chases after him and says "I'm sorry I didn't mean to be mean.I know I've only lived here for a week but I've been so sad and lonely and I've made no new friends".

Will says that the next day he will introduce Shrek to his friends, the idea makes Shrek so happy he excitedly exclaims "yes,I would love that".
