"Villanelle!! Please! Nooo!"
Eve looks around in a panic hoping to see Villanelle somewhere, but there's no sign of her.
After for swimming around in the water for what seems to be hours she has no choice but to get out.
Devastated yet terrified she keeps looking behind her shoulder, scared of who might be chasing her. Her mind goes on full speed trying to figure out who's to blame for killing the love of her life.
How ironic is it that she and Villanelle would find each other like this again, only for it to be taken away again.
"I will make whoever did this pay, Villanelle." Eve looks up at the sky with her hand on her heart and tears in her eyes.
- LONDON -
Back home it almost feels as if what had happened was just a dream, as if she hadn't just lost Villanelle. But she did... And it doesn't takes long before reality kicks in.
"If only I had told her sooner, so I could've loved her longer... If only..."
The death card from the tarot cards starts haunting her....
"Why didn't I take it more serious? Villanelle might have still been here if I had..."
She grabs a bottle of vodka and starts drinking as if it's her last day on earth as well.
The upcoming weeks are filled with alcohol and tears, Eve is in a dark place that she doesn't want to get out of.
3 weeks later.
A buzzing phone brings her back to the world and she tries to find her phone. She sweeps away the reseach that covers her table like a blanket and finds her phone burried underneath it.
"I'm sorry."
"I'm sorry? What the fuck is that supposed to mean?!"
"Who is this?"
Eve expects a reply, but no more texts arrive.
"If you don't want to tell me who you are then I will find out."
She grabs her phone and calls Demi.
Demi is a hacker that just got released from prison and is an old friend of Villanelle. When she heard about what happened she wanted nothing more but to help make whoever did this pay.
It doesn't take long before she finds out the identity behind that phonenumber.
"It's someone that goes by the name of Pam."
"Pamela. I know exactly who that is, thank you."
Eve quickly grabs her coat, but before she can open the door there's a soft knock.
She opens the door and looks as if she's seen a ghost.
"Did you miss me, baby?"
That beautiful accent...
That sexy smile...
"Villanelle?"
