Sparklings pov
He's scared of me? I'm such a bad boyfriend...Herb probably drank because of me, and vampire isn't the same drunk dad anymore, Dammit Sparkling!! "I'm...sorry..." I mumbled, backing out "I'll be going to mints house for a bit, alright?" Vampire smiled softly
I planned to leave for a day, stay at mints house...I would still have to go to work though, I hurried and got into the car, starting to drive to mints house, I started to call him
S: "Hey dude"
M: "Hey. Why are you calling me so late?"
S: "I need a favor...Can you let me stay at your house for a day? I'll still go to work and stuff though..."
M: "Why? Did your boyfriends kick you out? Are you running away? What are you up to?!"
S: "You're so nosy...But, I technically am running away...Just for a day though"
M: "Why?"
S: I sighed. "Because Vampire needs a break, that's all"
M: "From....??"
S: "Me."
M: "Ohhhhh" He finally got it.
M: "Yeah that's alright ig, are you on your way?"
S: "Yeah..."
I hung up, sighing "Dumbass.."

Vampires pov
He..left? Again? At least he told me first... I sighed, walking into a bedroom, to find herb passed out sleeping on the bed, I smile sadly, going to check on shiitake, I noticed he was sleeping, then left.
I wasn't much of a night sleeper, So I just cuddled herb for hours till he finally woke up at 7:00, it was a Saturday, and Sparkling had still not come back...I groaned "Morning dear..." I smile "My head hurts..." I heard him grumble, "Just a hangover, my love" He looked up at me, a bit confused, I decided to explain, and after I explained, he looked at me wide-eyed, with sorrow. He hugged me tight, I sighed smiling, "Baby, it's okay" He kissed my cheek, Chuckling softly. "Hey...Where's sparkling?" I mumbled "Mints house..." He looked down, a bit disappointed "Maybe we can go shopping, I'll pay"
Herbs pov
I'm not sure where he gets all this money...But I hope it's not from somewhere bad...I sighed, getting up, knocking on the door "Shiitake cookie? Are you awake?" I smiled, "Mr. Herb? Are you okay now?" Shiitake said with a little worry in his voice "Yes dear, I am" Shiitake opened the door, hugging me, I felt vampire grab me from behind "Sparklings gone again.." I groaned "Again? Really?" Herb sighed, I nodded "Yeah..but he's at mints, atleast thats what he said"
