Levi pov:

"Levi you're here" I heard Petra's voice.

She came to me and hugged me tight.

We weren't in a relationship for the last three years I just left her hanging. I didn't promise anything I didn't say anything to her, I just told her that I'll stay in New York.

I didn't tell her to wait for me, but here she is now still waiting.

"I'm so happy you're back now" I gave her a nod.

She's nice, but not as nice as y/n. I can't believe my self when I started to compare them.

Y/n is very classy and quiet while petra is loud and sweet.

But not as sweet as y/n, she doesn't know how to cook either.

While y/n can do anything.

The reason why I wanted that divorce because I know that this is the only way for us to let go of the past that caused us so much pain because we're hurting each other to the point that i can see her crying Infront of sky's panda.

I want her to start new with someone else, but I don't think I can see her with that lying man.

"Levi are you okay?" I sighed and nod.

She smiled and gave me cookies "these aren't home made cookies, but I hope you like them".

I took the cookies and thank her.

"Levi don't you think it's time for us to umm date, I mean it's been three years since you got divorced" I shook my head.

She smiled a little "I mean, your mom loves me. So why don't we got out together?".

"I don't think I'm ready" her smile faded away. She raised an eyebrow "why Levi?".

I shook my head "I'm just not ready".

"I have to go. I need to fix something".

I left her and went to my best friend Erwin. He's our family friend "Levi, long time no see" he gave me a shoulder pat.

"How are you?" I sighed. "I need your help" he raised his thick ass eyebrows. He chuckled "that's why your here you, need my help". We sat in his office, his wife Marie entered the room and gave us a cup of tea.

"How's y/n? " I shook my head. "Oh I remembered you two divorced".

I rolled my eyes "I need you to run a background check on y/n yeager".

His eyes widened "she married someone?" I nod lightly.

"Explain everything first I don't get it" I close my eyes tightly.

"When sky died, our marriage hit rock bottom. Three years later I decided that our Marriage is just hurting both of us so we agreed to get a divorce, I left after our divorce and now this man Eren Yeager told me that my wife is dead" I wiped my face with both of my palms.

"I met her, I know that she is my wife" my tears kept on dripping.

"How can you say that it's her".

"I know her, I can feel it's her she might not remember me but.." I pointed at my heart "this remembers her".

He gave me a light nod and started to do his work.
