"Do you guys believe in soulmates?" Yongsun asked her friends out of nowhere.
"Nope. Never," Hyejin replied, surprised by an unexpected question that caused Yongsun to frown.
"I swear, Yongsun, if it's about your ghost friend, I'll leave you; you're creeping us out," Hyejin exclaimed.
"Ghost friend?" Wheein asks, perplexed.
"She is not a ghost."
"OH REAAAAALLY..... Then what is she? your imaginary friend? you're not a five-year-old, Yongsun," Hyejin said as Wheein looked at her. She was concerned that Hyejin would hurt their unnie's feelings by not believing her, despite how difficult it is to do so
Yongsun has this weird experience which what her friends called sixth sense.
It's been a week since Yongsun and her family moved into their new apartment, which also marked the beginning of Yongsun's nightmare. It happened for nearly three nights in a row. She had been dreaming about a female driving a car since her first night in their new apartment. On the second night, the same female was drinking at the club, and on the third night, the girl smashed her automobile.
It was only one girl from those three nights, as if she were the primary character of the novel. In particular, in Yongsun's dream. Yongsun has no idea who that girl is since her face is constantly obscured.
"What makes you believe she's your soulmate?" Wheein inquired.
"Scratch that soulmate, Wheein-ah; it's her 'GHOSTMATE,'" Hyejin laughed, accentuating the final word. Obviously, to make fun of Yongsun which made her deeply sigh.
She can't blame them for not believing her. It is really hard to believe especially, the younger knew she don't really believe that ghost does exist. Until she had this weird dreams
"But I'm serious!"
"Who said you're not, unnie?" Wheein jolted as she laugh looking at Yongsun's expression
"You don't believe me. Do you?" Yongsun asked which prompting the youngers nod their head multiple times
"Exactly"
"DENG-DONG-DENG!!"
