Okay, I tell myself. Im in Wonderland. Am I crazy? Oh, listen to who I sound like now. I walk around Wonderland but notice that somehow, it's not the same. Instead of sunshine and life, it's dark and the little life there is left is dying.

I spot a rose bush and and see the roses on it are wilting. They have lost color too, like life drained from someone in desperate need of it.

I trip over a thorn and rip my shirt. That's just great.

I get up and wipe the mud off my jeans. Then I hear a crunch like noise coming from some bush. I turn my head but see nothing, so I decide to walk away and forget it. Then I hear the same noise and get the feeling someone is following me so I look behind me and again see nothing.

Then, without warning, a boy jumps out at me and points his bow and arrow at me. "Are you with the Queen?" He asks angrily with a British accent.

"Whoa there Robin Hood," I reply. What the heck is he talking about?

"I have no time for games," he says. "Now answer my question: are you with the White Queen or not?"

"Considering my outfit, what do you think?"

"Well it doesn't seem like something from here, but it could just be a disguise."

"It's not. And to answer your question, I am not with the White Queen."

"Okay, I believe you."

He is still pointing the arrow at me. "Now that we're cool, can you put that thing down?" I gesture toward the bow and arrow.

"Oh right," he says with a laugh and lowers his bow. "If you don't mind me asking, who are you and how did you get here?"

"I'm Alice and I fell down a rabbit hole. Who are you?"

"I'm Will Terrywether."

"Nice to meet you, Will. Where are we?"

"Well Alice, we are in Wonderland." My suspicions were right.

"So if this is Wonderland, what happened?"

"The White Queen."
