CHAPTER I : MEDICINAL STRESS

Kim Su Jin's POV

I'm Su Jin , I'm a medical Student and life isn't so cooperative. Yesterday I almost passed out in the ER . We were taken to the ER for our reports and suddenly there was a rush and patients started do came up . I wish I was born in the Joseon Era or to a normal family so that I didn't had to study medicine .

My family wants to keep up their record of a 3generation of doctors . My grandfather , father are also doctors . I literally feel a lot of pressure on me.

I haven't slept since the day before yesterday as I was studying for my finals .
"wait till you reach your resident years " I say to myself .

I live in the university dorm and I share it with two more girls . Kim Hyu Na and Kwon Ju da .
but they still haven't reached the dorm yet .

But as I have no time to waste I start to study my finals will be starting the day after tomorrow.

As Su Jin continues to study ahe doesn't get hold of time and it's 3 am already . Her dorm mates haven't still arrived yet . In the whole university Su Jin is the only one who tries this hard . Rumor has spread that Su Jin is so obsessed over getting the highest scores and beating up everyone that she skips not just her meals but also to poop. 

As Su Jin walks out of the dorm to attend her final lectures she meets Han Gung Pyo , her batchmate . Han Gung Pyo is very well known in the campus as a playboy .
Though he is charming and all the females in the campus are crazy for him regardless of his character which Su Jin considers to stay away from as far as possible but Su Jin and Han Gung Pyo have been friends since high school and have been good friends

The Campus is huge , a total of 79 students were alloted this year . Too many freshman out of which 12% of it are likely to drop out. The medical field isn't that easy that everyone can pass through with just a little effort .

Su Jin is in her dorm room with her roommate Kwon Ju Da
Su Jin : Ju Da -yah . Isn't Hyu Na coming ? She didn't come back yesterday too . Do you think she's alright ?
Ju Da : don't worry Su Jin . Hyu Na sure is fine I just spoke to her on the phone a little while ago.
Su Jin : ah I'm too worried.  I hope she's okay like you said*Coughs*
Ju Da: ( places her hand on Su Jin's forehead ) aigoo you have fever you should rest . You have been pressuring yourself these days a lot . Take a nap I'll heat up some soup my mom brought me a while ago .
Su Jin : I'm okay . If I take even a short nap , I'll regret it tomorrow so it's okay and I'm okay.
Ju Da : yah ! Stop acting as if you're a main character in a movie , you sound all strong and brave.
Su Jin : I'm really really okay so please just sleep okay.

Su Jin manages to convince Ju Da and starts to study again . She's studying as if there's no tomorrow . Her fever starts to worsen and slowly as she's studying in her study table she falls unconscious .

—Next morning—

Su Jin is asleep if said so she is still unconscious . This is first time in a while she has slept without worrying about waking up on time . Slowly she regains consciousness she hears some bells tingling outside . She tries to open her eyes and as she does she can hear her father . She thinks it's a dream but still is happy cause she can feel the love in her father's voice .
But as soon as she wakes up she's taken aback . Her father stands before her smiling . She pinches herself to check and to her surprise it isn't a dream . But what confusing is everything is different the clothing she was wearing when she had fallen unconscious . She now was in a traditional korean attire and everything around her seemed as traditional korean things the design of the house . She thinks that her family pulled a prank on her but it takes only 15 minutes for her to realise that she is in the Joseon era . With no phones or internet, dorms or the final exams
