A SWITCH OF GOALS

Su Jin's POV

As I tried to process what was going around I remembered about my final exams . I didn't actually wanted to write my exams but I had studied so hard and now I've travelled back in time and all my efforts went waste .

But I try my best to focus on the bright side more thinking that now I don't have to push myself and study hard . I walk out of the house and head out I've never been in this place .

"Su Jin-ah ! " I hear someone call my name . I head to the direction from where I could still hear someone call for me .
With a left and some right turns I proceed forward and reach at the backside of the house where I could see my brother sitting below a tree with some shrubs or herbs whatever in his hand
"Oraeboni ?! " ( Meaning brother )
"Ah . Su-jin come here "
I walk towards him
"You wanted some information about the royal guard exam right ?! Here- (with a small paper like thing that he proceeds to give me ) I asked my friend to get it for me it has all the information on how and what type of exam will it be "
"I asked for it ? "
"Yes you did . You go around saying that you want to be the first female royal guard ,  did you forget? Are you okay ?"
"Ahh. Ya I remember I was just kidding I'm totally fine *laughs akwardly* . Anyways thank you for this "

—NO ONE'S POV—

Su Jin plans to go around outside to know more about this place and also herself .
She walks out of the house , the house where Su Jin woke up was in the middle of the town .
She pulls out the paper her brother gave her . (Talking to herself ) : royal guard exam ?! I wonder what that really means.

As she proceeds she finds a man who looks like Han Gung Pyo , her playboy best friend from high school .
"Han Gung Pyo ! " She yells and runs towards him .

Han Gung Pyo (turns towards her ) : Oh SuJin!
Su Jin : I'm your best friend right!
Han Gung Pyo : yes
Su jin : will you believe me if I said something so stupid that others won't believe?
Han Gung Pyo : Yes I'll
Su Jin: literally anything
Han Gung Pyo: but if it's about that -you met the prince of some foreign land and he was so rude you beat him into a pulp I won't believe if it's something other than that I will believe you
Su Jin: Gung Pyo -ya then you need to help me
Gung Pyo : What help ?
Su Jin: let's go somewhere else with less people ( grabs his arm and as she tries to walk away with him , she realises that she doesn't know the direction  to where she should head to ) ah. You walk first
Gung Pyo : oh-ohkeh

Gung Pyo leads the way and they soon reach a field , empty field .
Gung Pyo: is this okay ? Now tell me what's the problem
Su Jin : I think I time travelled . But the weird thing is that I'm stuck here in someone else's body which is also actually my body and all the people I see are my people but this place isn't my place !
Gung Pyo : did you drink early in the morning?
I don't understand a single thing you said .
Su Jin : I - till last night - was in my dorm 
" What's dorm " Gung Pyo interrupts
Su Jin : let me speak . So I was till last night - in my dorm . A  university dorm , where I live - till last night I was there and then I was sick I remember and then I fell asleep I guess and then when I woke up I was here .
Gung Pyo : so you're telling me you aren't the one who you are
Su Jin : yes like that
Gung Pyo : yah ! You think I'm stupid? To believe that you're not the one who I think you are. Are you actually sick . It's all because you're tiring youself with all the royal guard exam all day all night .
Su Jin : I wish I had a much more smarter best friend  *sighs
Gung Pyo: be glad I tolerate you . No one in the town wants to be your friend because of your naggy attitude
Su Jin : whatever I'm leaving
Gung Pyo: you want me to come with you ?
Su Jin : no it's okay I'll be fine - bye.

Su Jin :  (walking alone and talking to herself )
Royal guard exam ?! I wonder what's that . Will it be harder than the medical exams ? Ah ! No matter to which era I land up in exams never leave me alone. Aishh !!
