You hummed, as you walked along the beach of guyun stone forest, softly and quietly singing a melody. It was always the same one, you always came here. It was like every other day. From time to time you'd talk to kazuha and you'd exchange words, you guys were actually close friends. You knew him in inazuma and when you joined beidou. But you noticed for a while he was avoiding you. He seemed to always be quite startled and be kinda frazzled, then he'd quickly walk away. It hurt you and after a while you just stopped trying to talk to him. But today enough was enough ! You wanted to know why he was avoiding you so much. You didn't want to pry it out of him but just politely ask him.

You stopped as you heard a familiar tune 'That's kazuha...and that leaf' You picked up the pace a little, you turned around the corner of the big tree with all the rocks, to see kazuha sitting under it. He looked at you and smiled softly "Oh um..hello traveler." He looked down and back at the beach

You sat next to him, looking at him a little concerned "Hey kazuha.." you looked at the beach also "It's been a while y'know..."

He stayed silent, breathing softly

You hugged your knees, sighing softly "Everytime I try to talk to you, you seem to always walk away or be busy...kinda feels like you've been avoiding me.." You chuckled

He sighed and turned to you, with his legs crossed "Y/n.."

You were a little startled, you haven't really heard him say your name in a while. You looked at him and smiled "Oh! Uhh yes?"

He bite his lip, looking down, he looked back at you and took your hand. You turned to him a little confused but you brushed it off. You blushed a little, His hand was soft and warm

He took a deep breath, softly exhaling "You know what it's like to care for someone dearly, correct?"

You were now blushing even more "Umm yeah..I do..."

He scooted closer to you "Well take that...but more dearly...like..love..."

You blinked for a moment, shaking your head you looked at him "Well what about it.."

He leaned in closer, your lips now connected to his, for a brief moment. They were soft and warm. He departed the kiss and moved away a piece of hear and put it behind your ear "I love you..."

You sat there for a moment, not saying anything, just completely red.

He grunted "Umm im sorry...should I have not done that..?" He tilted his head

You hugged him tightly, laughing "I..I love you too!"

He smiled, hugging you back tightly "Really.."

You nodded "Of course..."

You both were on the crux. The ship setting sail, you two talked as he held your hand smiling

Beidou noticed this and walked over, hugging you both "I see you love birds finally made it a thing, eh!?" She laughed and held up her bottle "Beer for everyone! It's a special day today!" She ruffled kazuha's hair and booped your nose "Hey, take care of him, may look tough but really he's soft and needs some lovin"

She walked away, to the other crew members laughing

Kazuha blushed, leaning against the edge of the boat, you were sailing back to inazuma due to the vision decree being abolished and his bounty wasn't even up anymore. So it was safe to go back.

He looked at you, pulling you into a hug. "Thank you traveler.."

You didn't question it, you hugged him back "No problem kazuha..."

He smiled "Also, are you sure you're okay with coming back to inazuma with me? It's quite dangerous over there.."

You laughed "Please, without me you'd probably get into trouble" You walked over to the other crew memebers to get some beer

He sighed, he knew after one drink you'd be tipsy enough, so, he decided to join
