I Think I'm Trans

Day One

Dear Diary,

5:30 AM

Good morning, Today I had a cucumber salad for breakfast and chose a pink shirt with light blue jeans. I walked downstairs to the kitchen after getting my backpack and saw my mom. "Good morning Mum!" I breathed "How's my little pumpkin?" She said excitedly, a small rumble fell in my stomach. "It's your first day at school!" She ruffled my hair and held my cheeks. "I'm good mum, I've got to go. I can't miss the bus!" "Of course Adrianna! Love you." Planting a kiss on my cheek she nudged me toward the door. I played nervously with my hair, It was too long and made me feel nervous, more uncertain. "Bye Mum."

6:00 AM

School starts in 10 minutes and Ria wasn't here yet. We promised to meet 10 minutes before school, sighing slowly walked to the picnic tables and sat down. I was alone but not for long, soon Ria and a few friends she met along the way sat at the table. "Anna! How are you?" Ria giggled, another rumble fell. "Oh um... I'm good. How are you?" "Oh! You know!" I didn't, Ria was a popular kid I was the person who was lucky enough to be grabbed along. Many people were talking with their friends and walking around in the courtyard. I walked over to a tall guy, about the same age as me. He had stunning clover colored eyes and fluffy caramel hair. My cheeks warmed at the sight of his face. I smiled and introduced myself "Oh my name is Kai." He said in a silvery voice. I grabbed his arm and lead him to the table. "Uh, everyone this is Kai. My new friend." I saw Ria was glaring at him with anger, the bell rang and interrupted the introductions.

12:00 PM

My first period class was good, Kai and Ria were in my class. Kai was infront of me and Ria on the other side of the class, my teacher's name was Mrs. Randell. She was fine for the most part and the class was slightly noisy. No one seemed to care if you were doing something,  second period was slightly worse. A group of "popular"  kids kept yelling and disrupting the class. Many of them tried to steal people's pencils. I was done there. Everything seemed as normal as I thought. "A!" I turned my head toward the voice, it was Ria calling me to the popular kids table patting a seat beside her.  I looked toward Kai then back at Ria "Sorry, I'm hanging out with Kai." I hesitated and I pointed to Kai.  She flashed me a thumbs up and went back to chatting with her other friends happily. I nervously held my arm, Kai grabbed me into a hug. His arms were strong and I could feel his breath on my head. My face warmed, "Are you okay? Your really red..." Kai said I gulped before answering "I'm fine, just a bit." 

3:00 PM

Kai kept his arm around me all the way to the gate. "Here's my number, we can chat later." he held my face to stare at him, concern was drawn on his face. "Message me if you want to talk." My face reddened "Bye see you tomorrow" I quickly stuttered, and I ran off.

6:00 PM
