Miss. America (Bucky X Steve's Sister)

1939
(Bucky POV)
We were walking down the road to Lillian and Steve's house. Since their mom died they got this house. Weirdly I've never seen them pay the bills. "Um Bucky. " she asked. "Yes doll? "I responded.
"I bet steve would want you to spend the night," she mumbled under her breath while looking at the floor, god she's so cute. "Would you like to? " she finished. "Of course doll I would love too. " I responded. "Really?! " she said looking at me. "I mean uh Steve would love that." She said trying to calm down, I laughed and continued walking.
When we got to my their house I quickly walked in front of her and held the door for her. "Well thank you Bucky. " she said trying to sound sophisticated, in a bad British accent. I laughed at her a shook my head. "Hey! Don't laugh at me, That's mean! " she said trying to hold in a giggle. I quickly realized that my hands miss her hands warmth. She must have realized that to because she reached back for my hand. I grabbed hers and started walking like noting just happened, we're just that good of friends. I hope she also sees me more than a friend. But As we walked inside the driveway she dragged Me over to the to front door.
Their house was a nice white but the shudders were a nice blue/green color. We walked inside, the living room was open, and the dinning table was in it too.
There was this wall that seperated the living room from the kitchen. All you could here was Steve cussing under his breath. "Language Steve! " Lillian said giggling. "Oh, hi guys! " Steve said looking up from what ever he was making and waved.
" Steve what in the world are you making? " Lillian said giggling and putting her hands on her waist, while putting on a cute confused face on. God she is so cute.
"I am making chicken taco soup! " he said all excited. "You dork. " I said sitting down on their love seat.
"Oh hi Bucky when did you get here? " Steve asked sarcastically while rolling his eyes. "Same time as your sister pal. " I responded. Steve couldn't take the joke anymore so he started laughing. "What did I just miss? " Lillian said while laughing.
"Anyways, Lillian did you get everything? " Steve asked. "Yep I'm pretty sure I got everything. " she said. I just realized that her black eye was getting worse. "Doll, you need to ice that. " I said touching my eye so she knows what I'm talking about. "Yea, Bucky I know... " she mumbled.
As Steve ran to the freezer and got out frozen peas. "This is the best I can do, here take it." He said as he struggled giving her the frozen peas. "Really Steve? Frozen peas? " she giggled. Her blue eyes twinkled when she said that. God she's so cute, have I said that a lot?
"Like I said it's the best I can do! " she stated as he was panting heavily because the peas were so heavy (for him at least ) . "Steve, the chicken taco soup--" Lillian started when Steve ran over there.
"OH SHI-" he yelled but before he could finish that word Lillian started spelling out Language.
"L.A.N.G.U.A.G.E STEVEN GRANT ROGERS!! " Lillian yelled louder than him. I started dying laughing when the two Rogers twins looked over at me.
"What? You two are funny, you should start a comedy show together. " I said once I was done laughing. "yeah, whatever. " Steve said as he walked off into the kitchen rolling his eyes.
"You know if you you keep rolling your eyes Steve they will get stuck. " I say with a cheeky grin. Lillian snorted as she giggled.
"Hey I'm going upstairs," she started as she was beginning to walk up the stairs. "Do you guys need anything? Pillows? Blankets? " she asked. "Nah, I think we are good Lily. But thanks. " Steve said as she ran up the stairs.

(Lillian's POV)

As I ran up the stairs I could feel Somebodys eyes on me. I ran to the top of the staircase and laid down so nobody could see me unless they came up the stairs.
I laid my right ear on my hands and the other one up in the sky. As soon as I heard them start talking I listened in closely. "Yea Buck, I think she likes you. " I heard Steve say. "Really? That would be awesome. She's so cute and popular and funny and-" "I'm gonna stop you right there, before you start daydreaming about her. " Steve stopped Bucky.
I couldn't believe it, my crush doesn't like me back, I have to hangout with him for the rest of my life. I ran to my room and locked the door, then I started bawling. It felt like hours before I snapped back to reality with a knock on the door.
"Go away. " I said holding on my pillow for dear life. Then they knocked again I said again in a harsher tone. "Go away! Leave me alone! ". " doll, I -" "just go away Bucky, leave me alone. " " Lillian, you know I can't do that. " he replied with a sad tone. "Just leave me alone. " I replied back with tears threatening to fall.
"Lillian, if you won't tell me what is wrong thats fine, " "really? " " but that sure as hell doesn't mean I am going to leave you alone. So open this door now or else I will kick this door down! " he said. I sighed and walked over to the door and unlocked it. I opened it to see a sad Bucky.

(Buckys POV)

She opened the door and the first thing I saw was a broke down Lillian, her hair was all over her face and her face was so red and puffy from the tears. My heart broke a little too see her in the condition. "There you happy? " she ask rubbing her elbow. I felt so bad for her and I just wanted to give her a big hug. So that's what I did, I grabbed her waist and pulled her into my chest. She rested her head on my chest and she put her hands around my neck. I blushed a little but then I put my head in the crevasse of her neck.
She fell down in tears, mumbled under her breath like she didn't want me to hear, but I did. "why won't anyone love me? " my heart shattered after she said that for the first time. Oh doll but I love you. My mind kept repeating. "Its ok doll, its ok." I kept saying until she understands.
After a while of hugging and crying,I turned to her. "Doll? " I asked in a whisper. "Yes? " she responded with her head still on my chest. "Dinners ready. " "oh ok, I'll be down there soon. " she responded in a whisper as she turned around. My body was instantly rushed by the cold air when her body heat left mine. "Ok I'll be down stairs. " I said as I walked out and closed the door.
I walked down stairs to see Steve almost fallen asleep. "Hey wake up. " I said as I slapped him with the nearest magazine. "Uh, ugh, um. " he said closing his eyes again.
I raised the magazine like I was going to hit him again when he started. "AHH, BUCKY DON'T YOU DARE!!" " I won't I won't i-" I raised the magazine again. "Alright I'm up, god." He said as he picked his face off of the table.
As we got in our chairs Lillian came down. We eat and we giggled and talked. When we all put our plates away I saw Lillian zoning out. God she has such pretty Blue eyes, and A mind full of thoughts.
Lillian ran upstairs to get pillows for me and Steve. So the sleeping plan was since they had two couches I had one and Steve had one. I laid down on the couch and it was way to wide for me, I just will have to sleep on my back again.
I fell asleep for a while until I heard a noise coming from the kitchen, it was at least 2am so who would be in the kitchen. Unless it was a robber.
I sneaked into the kitchen to find a hungry Lillian stuffing her arms full of candy.
She still didn't know that I was there so I sneaked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist, "Heyy little lady. " I said putting my chin on her shoulder. She turned her head towards me, "oh hi, bucky" she said with a smile. "You weren't scared?!?!? " I ask. "Well I have you in the house, why would I be scared? " she asks me.
"I couldn't sleep so I came to get snacks instead. " she said looking down to the floor. "Here come here, and drop all of that. " I said pointing to the snacks. "Oh ok fine. "
she said in a whiney voice and with a smile on her face. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her over to the couch and I sat down. I patted the spot next to me and she sat down. I laid down and she laid down with me. As soon as she laid down she put her head in my shoulder. I wrapped my arms around her little body and we fell asleep like that. At the moment I went to kiss her cheek and she moved and I kissed her lips. I kissed her, I really kissed her. Since she was asleep I decided that that wouldn't be our first kiss.

They cuddled Like this.
