That final week of being in the hospital had finally passed for Volcan, he was able to break free from his bed, although he needed help from his sister to get down and into his wheelchair. Said wheelchair was mostly comprised of grey parts with some gold accents.
Piper pushed Volcan out of his room and headed down towards the lobby to tell the receptionist that Volcan was able to go.
"Hello, I'd like to check out my brother please." Piper tried her best to seem confident and calm.
"And what is your brother's name, might I ask?"
"Oh yes, his name is Volcan Hollison."
"Volcan- Volcan- Volcan where are you... ah yes found him, okay you can leave now."
"Thank you" Both Volcan & Piper said in unisonThe streets were surprisingly busy today when they left, but they managed to fine a path which took them away from the crowds.
Nature filled their ears that quaint afternoon, birds chirped signing soothing sounds. A rouge cat had strolled mer meters Infront of them, purring as it passed. It was calm, tranquil even, but as quickly as they had entered the little park, they had exited through the other side, their auntie's house in sight.
"Hey Volcan look up a little." As instructed he looked up by the tiniest bit and saw a small little house covered in blue with a banner that said, 'welcome back' in a rainbow of bold letters.
"Is this for me?"
"Of course it is, who else would it have been for?"
"It's so pretty- I wanna keep it!"
"C'mon, you know you can't do that."A quiet awh left Volcan's lips as Piper walked up to the door, knocked twice and receded down a couple of steps waiting for her auntie to open the door. A few seconds passed then a click of a door lock, and then a few more seconds then another click, then standing in the doorway was Piper and Volcan's aunt.
"Auntie!" Shouted Volcan
"Hi darling~ Hello to you to dear."
"Hi auntie Jess."
"It must be freezing out there, quick hurry on inside."The walls of the living room were plastered with marigolds of all different shapes and colours. A lone oak-wood table sat next to a light-denim coloured sofa in the middle of the room.
"It's been so long, I almost forgot what the house looked like." Said Volcan enthusiastically
"And I almost forgot what you looked like, I only realised when I saw your sister's signature pink hair." Replied Jesse (Jesse is the auntie's name)Piper pushed Volcan towards the bedroom they'd be sleeping in, it wasn't much but the bunk bed, desk and wardrobe would be enough for now, after noticing the wardrobe, Piper hastily checked underneath searching for something.
"It's still here!"
"What is?" Volcan answered quizzically
"My old make-up set, I used to hide it here so mum couldn't find it!"
"Oh cool-."
"Hey do you wanna put some on later, and you put some on me too?"
"Yeah, it'll definitely be fun!"Jesse called them to the living room, so they propped up the make-up set on top of the desk, and moved towards the living room passing by the dining room, which already had plates readied for dinner later in the evening.
"I have something to say before you can go play with make-up."
"How'd you know?"
"What? About how i knew you were going to play with make-up? Well I put the kit under the wardrobe so you would find it and I overheard you when you had found it."
"What did you want to tell us auntie? Asked Volcan
"Oh that, you let me join it too."
"Really auntie?"
"Of course I will, but only if we do it tomorrow okay?"
"Okay..." Sniffled VolcanThey had dinner, then they went into their respective beds and slept.
