Jameson is overwhelmed by the vast amoun of newfound information. He realizes that it's possible to travel between dimensions. He pulls out the strange crystal he found at the lab as he reads, "The element, socranium, has properties that allow it to travel between dimensions when different metals are placed onto it. It reacts to mercury, silver, copper, iron, and gold. Each material, when placed onto a socranium shard, teleports it to a different dimension."

He thinks, "Is this socranium? Is that why is was sitting by the rubble?"

And so Jameson experiments by dropping the strange crystal onto a sheet of copper. The crystal creates a burst of light and teleports into seemingly another dimension. Jameson is intrigued.

And Jameson searches further. His research leads him to discovering a socranium deposit located about 50 miles north. So he texts his friends...

"Hey guys. You wanna come and create portals to other dimensions!" His friend, Xander responds, "Dude. You know that's all bogus, right." "No, I found a paper at the lab about it. How come I had never heard of this." Xander responds: "I'm not sure about this. When this all fails its your fault." Jameson replies, "We just need a crystal found 50 miles north." Suddenly, Dawn responds: "You mean socranium?" "Yep," Jameson says. Dawn says, "We're going." Xander agrees reluctantly.

So the three of them get into Jameson's car and drive to the socranium deposit. When they arrive, they see a pond surrounded by white crystals, like the king Jameson picked up at the lab. They pull a few crystals from the ground and place  them in a bag.

By the time they are done, they have filled four bags with socranium. That's enough for the friend group so they head back to Jameson's house. At his house, they Jameson shows his friends his research. "Okay so as you see here, when you place a crystal on these metals, it disappears." His friends are amazed, so they tape a camera to a crystal and place it on the copper sheet.

The nearby shows a place in a tree, seemingly far away from Earth. They see unfamiliar planets, asteroids, and stars up above. Xander asks, "So it just got teleported?" Dawn replies, "Not exactly." Green plants are below. Suddenly, the camera falls from the tree onto the ground, shutting off the feed.

"Weird," Xander says as the screen goes dark. The group decides to head down to the workshop to make a harder coating for the camera. The resulting object is a small-sized wooden sphere with a camera on top. The bottom of the object is heavier than the top, making it fall bottom-first. They repeat the experiment,  however with the fall-resistant object rather than the camera.

The camera begins showing a fall onto a grassy floor. The feed shows a land covered in foreign plants. A strange bird-like creature approaches the camera. The creature inspects the camera and speaks an unintelligible language. The creature then picks up the camera and brings it to a village-like place. Other creatures roam the village.

In the center of the village is a shrine to one of the Puppers. This one does not seem to be #7. Suddenly, the camera feed switches off. Jameson says, "I think it got too far." "How is another dimension not already too far?" Xander responds.

And Jameson presents a theory. He says, "What if these dimensions take up the same space. This would mean signals would have to easily pass between dimensions when made to." Xander says, under his breath, "What if..."
