Blocky then proceeded to try on the shoes that will give him aids but instead of giving him aids it made him spas out and have a seizure after he was immediately rushed to the hospital and while GB was visiting him panicking on what she's going to do because she basically murdered blocky she didn't notice blocky getting up and when she turned around she was immediately attacked and turned into a zombeh. The two now newly transformed zombehs then proceeded to infect everyone in the hospital except TB who was able to get out of there and it eventually spread to the streets and then the zombehs were everywhere.
