I understand that my story ,so far, could be a little confusing in the setting and time and everything. So to set things strait here are some helpers.
So Jarvik is a world... Not a city or anything.
Also Jarvik is in a time where there is no electricity. Its government is more of a dictator/absolute monarchy sort of thing. There are no cars or guns, instead... They use swords or spears or bows.
