You were taking a walk through Moreau's territory when you heard quiet sobbing by the water. Following the noise, you found Moreau crying into his knees.
"Hey.. what's wrong?" You asked gently as you sat down next to him, your hand resting on his disgustingly twisted back.
"The others are better than me!" He whined as he wiped his tears away "I lost my flask to that human... What's Mother Miranda going to do to me if she finds out..?"
If you were right, she would most likely kill Moreau or turn him back human, if she could even do that. "I'm sure you're not the only one who lost your fla-..." you attempted to assure him but he was quick to interrupt you.
"But I am!" He whined, hiding his face in his hands "Lady Dimitrescu wouldn't lose her flask to him, and neither would Donna!"
But you knew the harsh truth, since you were practically a minion to all of the lords, you were well aware of what had already happened "I'm sure you've made it farther than the other lords have with your flask..." you spoke softly as you planted a soft kiss on his cheek.
"You think so..?" He asked as he looked over at you, his cheeks stained with tear trails.
"I know so." You said as you smiled gently as he hugged you tightly.
